The apartment was cozy, nice and clean. Exactly as pictured. The building has its own security officer and private entrance door code. Located in great location not too far from SKY Costarena, mall and teleférico. Absolutely gorgeous.

Localizado em uma rua tranquila e segura com opções de supermercados, transporte público e restaurantes bem próximo. A hospedagem possui recepção e limpeza de quarto diária. Foi uma estadia muito confortável. Chegamos no domingo e por ser um loft é necessário entrar em contato com a hospedagem antes para ter acesso as senhas do quarto e da portaria.

O apartamento é novo e igual mostra nas fotos. Ficamos em um de 2 quartos, por 10 dias, e foi bem confortável. Tem porteiro 24h e local é muito bom. Coisas que não foram tão boas: a limpeza diária, que fala no site, é apenas arrumação de camas e o banheiro.O piso foi limpo 1 vez, ao longo dos 10 dias, pq eu reclamei. A cada 3 dia há troca de toalhas e lençóis. A pessoa responsável pelo AP falou que nesse dia a equipe faz uma limpeza geral no AP, mas as moças da limpeza falaram que não fazem isso e que fica por conta de quem alugou, a limpeza do piso e cozinha. O segundo quanto, de solteiro, não tem ar condicionado. Mas tirando essa questão, vale muito a pena. A cama é boa, os lençóis também. Os travesseiros são um pouco duro.

A acomodação tem muito potencial para ter uma boa estadia, mas está muito mal administrado. Falta de hospitalidade no sentido geral. A pessoa que coordena o local não tem nenhuma experiência em receber hóspedes e os porteiros também. A empresa tem que rever sua equipe. O local tem cozinha com equipamentos para cozinhar, mas os itens de louças são incompletos; não tem cafeteira também. O local estava empoeirado e com cheiro de fritura.

Boa opção em Santiago.

Ótima localização em uma rua calma e arborizada do bairro Providencia. Próximo a vários serviços, atrações turísticas e transporte. Paola demonstrou um profissionalismo admirável e um carinho genuíno ao atender nossas necessidades. Para exemplificar, precisávamos de um recipiente para levar alimentos em um passeio. Ao perguntarmos se o hotel teria algo disponível, ela, de forma incrivelmente proativa e gentil, foi ao mercado e comprou os recipientes para que pudéssemos nos organizar. Nossa estadia só não foi excelente porque estava muito calor na cidade e todos os ar condicionado do apartamento estavam estragados por problema no prédio. Foram disponibilizados ventiladores, mas os ares fizeram muita falta. A administradora Paola é ótima!
