Decent hotel, good location

Lobby area was.very nice and modern, however the actual rooms really need updating. The room was clean but it felt like it hadnt been updated since the 90s. Having said that the amenities were good and the kitchen facilities were useful. Location was ideal and within walking distance of the metro station and supermarket.

The smell of onions in the room was so strong that we couldn't sleep. It was so overwhelming that we needed to get up and open the balcony door in the middle of the night. The AC couldn't fix it. In the morning the smell was mixed up with the smell of fryingoil. There must have been something wrong with the ventilation. The breakfast was good and the onion-smell, which could be sensed all around, disappeared from the 5th floor and up. Maybe we had bad luck. Nice receptionist.

The hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, large rooms contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although we experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning at first, the front desk staff handled it promptly and professionally by relocating us to a new room, which we greatly appreciated. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Maria Garvasio, the breakfast attendant, who truly made a lasting impression. She welcomed every guest with genuine warmth and a friendly smile, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere each morning. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kind demeanor brought an extra level of care to the breakfast experience. It's clear that she takes great pride in her work, and it did not go unnoticed. Clean & Friendly

Clean, friendly hotel. It's a little dated without a bar but a nice hotel if you just want somewhere to stay whilst exploring the city. Easy access and good links to metro lines into the centre.

Good hotel but no restaurants in the neighbourhood

Hotel staff were very helpful in directing us to the metro and to the restaurant district. The hotel is close to the metro and a quick trip to places of interest. But there's not much around the hotel itself.
