Everything about Ikal is paradise! Adhara, in the office, and Adeymar were so kind and gracious. The turtle lagoon was such a tranquil place to spend the morning and the roof views…breathtaking! I can’t recommend Ikal enough, and look forward to making this a regular trip.

The place was cozy and the roof top was amazing. Great for relaxing. The only bad thing is that it is away from restaurants,stores,bars etc. We planned ahead and brought snacks, drinks then juts headed into town for dinner. Definitely rent a golf cart when staying here.

I have stayed in many places in isla mujeres and this by far is my favorite. Very private and comfortable. Staff is extremely attentive and go above and beyond to help any needs you may have. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back here myself. 10/10

Studio room perfect for a couple and rooftop pool area is picturesque for sunrise or sunset. On site team was very attentive to any issue or request. We would choose this property again in the future. For exploring and getting around a golf cart works well.

Really cozy and romantic. Only thing that we didnt like with our room (we had the small room) was the combinaded shower and bathub. U want to take a shower without washing your hair but they put an shell on top so water pouring everywhere instead ^^ and unfortunately bad wifi. Had a hard time booking our next hotel, sometimes it worked good and sometimes not. Otherwise everything was great

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. We also had the amazing experience of feeding the turtles, and we even got to see a few nesting—it's great that the staff marks each spot for preservation!
