Key collection and return was relatively easy, problem lies at identifying the unit you will be staying, as there are so many condo projects. Since I have not been there before, it took quite awhile to find the location

Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!
