Overall, I got what I expected for what I paid. My only big issues was that we had two half rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for two nights. Due to the EXTREMELY limited front desk hours, we were unable to get more from the hotel. Lastly and probably more importantly was the check out. There was no key drop box. We wanted to leave by 5 am and because there was no place to leave my key (my room had been paid for thru hotels.com) we had to stay until 9 which is when their front desk opened. The one staff member we came in contact with was very nice and polite.

Short stay. Hard to find.

Biggest issue with the hotel. The limited front desk service. There is. I one there after 5 so you need to make arrangements before you get there to get your key. GPS was off a bit so it took awhile to find and since I don’t know French it made it even more difficult. Location is a little out of the way and it seemed the town shut down at 7. The room itself was more like an apartment. Two bedrooms on top floor with living space and kitchen on main level. It was clean and comfortable. Once I figured out how to retrieve the keys it was easy to access. Plenty of parking.

It a nice hotel very well located.

The hotel is very well located and the room was very clean and confortable. The only problem I found is that they have too many conditions to read before you arrived, for example, you have to pay an extra cost to have your beds done at arrival, the reception is closed from 12h to 14h, you have to ask for the hair dryer ... Small details but I would like it to be simplier. Also no kettle in the kitchen.

View to the marina and yaghts

Apartment is stated to be for 6 but it is comfortable to 2 adults and 2 kids max. Otherwise, very quite location near to everything. Beach, couple of local restaurants, fish market, small villages. Perfect for those tired of big city noises. The management knows little of hotels.com and its commitments. We arrived on Sunday and they couldn't see our reservation until Monday. No daily cleaning service and no promised balcony.

We stayed in a two-room "condo" for six. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it was great for the money. Backyard was nice. TV was smallish. Indoor pool was warm.

Ein perfekter Start in die Ferien - Sommerfeeling

Ein wunderschöner Start in die Ferien hier in Cabourg - das Hotel ist an einer super Lage, hat jeglichen Komfort und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden. Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Swimmingpool etc. sind super und gut in Schuss. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super.

Séjour un peu décevant car les enfants n'ont pu aller à la piscine. Pas de sanitaires près de la piscine. Pas de vestiaire, pas de douche et pas de toilette. Toilettes dans le halld'accueil ce n'est pas pratique avec des enfants en bas âges . On peut donsc facilement penser qu'il est plus facile de faire pipi dans l'eau. Pas de douche où se savonner (hygienne?). Pas de vestiaire privé mais hall d'entrée de la piscine fait office. la piscine n'est pas adaptée aux personnes résidents dans les petites maisons extérieures.
