El departamento en general estaba bastante bien, solo los camastros que tenía la alberca privada estaban en mal estado. El edificio es muy bonito sin embargo le falta mantenimiento, tocó que lloviera y un pasillo se encharcó.

Excelente lugar, súper familiar, ubicación privilegiada, personal amable y servicial. Vistas increíbles. El condo necesita mantenimiento, alberca con gran pérdida de azulejitos. Los accesos para discapacitados son un poco difíciles, ya que en algunos pisos la puerta del ascensor y en el mismo departamento, tienen un escalón tipo barrera raro. En general una excelente estancia.
