About this property

Charming 4-bedroom 1800's farmhouse with WiFi, AC in serene Cowlesville

Not too far out, but enough to get that country feel! This old home has lots of charm and character. Close to many wedding venues, golf courses and only 15 minutes from Darien Lake. This home also offers a large backyard with a firepit and a few decks to choose from to sit and relax on.

The layout is a little quirky because the home is old, but we tried to make it as cozy as possible! All new pillow top mattresses and pillows to sink into at the end of the day. There’s a first floor bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub for any guests that can’t do stairs.

Dogs welcome, there is a fee of 30$/per dog, the yard is only partially fenced in, and it is a busy road- so if your dog likes to wander please bring a cable/tie out or keep your dog leashed when outside.

If you need a pack and play, high chair or any other needs for your children please let us know so we can provide what you need!


Please note this house is NOT to be used for parties outside of family related events. No underage drinking or ANY smoking is permitted.

Comfy house for game weekend

Three older adult sisters in our annual Sibs Game Weekend where we get together to play games from the moment we arrive to when we leave to go home. For that reason, the house being in a small town with few nearby restaurants or anything wasn’t a problem at all. We were cozy and comfortable, slept great, made our own meals in the pretty well-stocked kitchen, and played games. One note not clear from the listing: there are two full bathrooms but the one upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms is only accessible by walking through one of the bedrooms. If you’re in one of the other 2 rooms upstairs and need to use the facilities in the middle of the night, you’re either tiptoeing through someone else’s room or navigating old, slightly uneven, twisty stairs to go to the first floor. We made it work but just be aware of this when making room assignments. Otherwise we were very comfortable, had great communication from the host, and throughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
