The apartment was very nice and conveniently connected with bus 42 to city center and airport. Only inconvenience is that is in the middle of nowhere.

Very clean apartment,excellent for two people. Very useful having the supermarket on the ground floor. Regular bus service into the city as well. Cannot fault the communication. All access details clearly provided before arrival. The kettle in our room did not work and was replaced immediately when I emailed to report this.

Only six minutes driving from the city center. It was rather hard to get Ubers/bolts so we took the bus which was a four minute walk from the apartment. The apartment directions were easy and the apartment was clean. Would definitely recommend

It is so easy to reach by bus from the city centre. The property is very quiet. The room is quite modern and well equipped. It will be better if they provide a hair dryer and to hover the room floor thoroughly. Communication not too responsive during our stay, but not a big issue. I’d still rec this place because of what they offer in the price.

Great place for easy access to a grocery store and you have a stove. Though it’s far from the center of Tromso there is a bus that takes you right there and taxis are always available. Uber is on and off

Stay in Tromso.

The apartment was very clean and warm, in a semi industrial location but with a regular bus service into town. The apartment lacked a few necessities, a microwave, toaster, corkscrew, tea towel and hairdrier. Also, the oven was screwed shut so you could not use the grill.

Great stay, very clean, clear check in and out instructions and close to public transport / groceries. I’ve knocked a star off because I was told to pay at reception and there wasn’t one. Expedia weren’t helpful,nor was the hotel helpline. I imagine if you pay in advance, this wouldn’t be an issue. Also, the cleaner just let herself into our apartment without knocking which we found very strange and uncomfortable.

Expedia did not send the front door access code. A visiting property manager let me in. She said they have informed Expedia that the email with the access codes are not reaching guests.

Modern and well maintained apartments

Modern and well maintained apartments. Has the basic facilities like kitchen utensils, water cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, towels. There was no microwave. Close to a bus stop to get to the Tromso city center (15-20 min ride) and to the airport (35-40 min ride) with direct buses. There is a supermarket right below the apartment and it is open from 7 am to 11 pm on most days. There is no reception in the property itself and they shared all instructions via email. Everything should be done by self. If we needed anything, we called them directly. There is an option for luggage storage in the apartment - we contacted the reception and got the required information.

When I arrived at the property there was no key for me. I contacted Expedia and within five minutes the property staff rang me and remotely opened my door, 5 minutes later security arrived with a key for me. The property was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Oven, hobs, washing machine, dishwasher. Washing machine pods were left on top of the machine and dishwasher tabs were inside one of the cupboards. The courtyard area on the inside of the property was like a fairytale garden with fairy lights all the way around. Overall it was a great stay. The only downside was someone entering the room at 8.30am on the day of checkout whilst I was still asleep. Fortunately they retreated quickly.

The bed linen was a bit dirty. It had some black/green spots on the duvet. The kitchen was fairly clean. It had most of the necessary things you need for cooking such as a pan, a pot and utensils. There are no spices, oil etc. so you have to buy that yourself. There were tabs for the dishwasher and also for the washing machine. I got 4 towels which was more than enough for me, and they had put hand soap in the bathroom too. The bed was squeaking quite alot when I sat on it but it didn't seem to make that big a noise when I slept in it. There wasn't a bedside table, so I took one of the tables from the living area and used it instead. It's situated in an industrial area but transportation to and from TromsĂž was so easy. Max 15 minutes with bus 42. I really liked the apartment. Very modern and mostly clean. It needed a few things (a TV, a bedside table, a broader range of kitchen utensils etc.) I can see myself come back here again sometime

Terrible cleaning condition and very bad customer service. Overall horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. When I just arrived at my room there’s a bag of trash in front of my door and I have to move it. Then the hair from obviously multiple persons was on my sheet. I have to LEAVE the property and found another place to live at 9 p.m. The manager of the hotel still refused to issue my refund of the first time until now, after at least 5 times of negotiations. In their email to my agent they claimed they had transferred me to another apartment which is a lie. I found new properties myself and have to pay more since I booked them very late. The management level is clearly dishonest and rude. Also, they don’t have reception, but they hope me to contact them rather than my booking agent at 9 p.m. which is impossible. Please look at the pictures in this review. Once they claimed if I uploaded the photo as proof, they would consider my request of refund. However when they was facing my proofs below, as the poor cleaning condition that everyone can see in the pictures, they still stubbornly refused my request. Please don’t come if you haven’t pay anything for them. This place is a nightmare. Regarding to the room, they have a small kitchen, a window but not face the mountain but a factory or warehouse. I haven’t check the bathroom because i had left immediately after I came.

Utrolig fint rom m bÄde vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, stekeovn og stort kjÞleskap. Hadde sikkert vÊrt enda kjekkkere om d hadde vÊrt tv pÄ rommet. Renholdet var sÄ bra som e aldri har opplevd noen plasser. SÄ hit kommer eg gjerne tilbake.
