High quality, beyond expectations!

This hotel really exceeded expectations. The room was huge, high-end quality and comfort - great terrace and I used the gym as well. The staff was incredibly accommodating. I hope to stay here on a future visit and it may become my go-to hotel in Roma Norte. I wish I stayed more nights here! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel was overall fine but the air conditioning unit is loud and don’t forget to bring a toothbrush or they will charge you for it. The concierge should clarify the cost before sending to room as I’ve never been charged for a toothbrush in any hotel I have stayed. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Probably won’t return as there are so many other places to stay in Mexico City. The location is great .

Check in was complex. was asked to sign a three page contract in Spanish. Check ou was not good either. I had to insist to receive proof that i was being reimbursed for the deposit and to be given a proper invoice.

Charged for 3 person but didn’t prep room for 3 (glasses, towels, coffee, water, coffee pods and cups…). Never cleaned the floor in living room. Had to leave a note to request clean glasses after asking twice I’m person. Beds were smaller than described. Welcoming letterhead said Deluxe suite w hen I booked Executive suite… I could go on. Concierge was very friendly and Shay’s willing to assist.

Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Phone did now work. The AC did not work. They had this control that monitor everything with no instructions. No Menus in the room . Everytime we needed something we had to go down. They even left the food in refrigerator from prior stay. So disappointed.

Almost a great place to stay

This is an interesting hotel, I’ve stayed there quite a few times and nothing changes. The building is beautiful and the hotel and rooms are as nice as any 4 or 5 star hotel in CDMX. So why does nobody stay here ? I can only think it’s because the ambiance is austere, it’s just not a happy place. The ground floor has a restaurant, never open, a shop, never open and a great coffee bar, never open. When you check in they make you sign a 3 page official document with the rules and regulation ! The restaurant on the roof is really nice, too bad the food doesn’t match. I was there twice and was only 1 other person both times. The location is ok but not great since it’s on a 1 way street and it quite a way to get onto it, if you’re coming from the opposite direction. All in all it’s a beautiful hotel with very large, nice rooms but it’s not a happy place to stay.

Part time front desk

This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk to help me. The room was hot because there's no central air conditioning. There is a cooling unit that does a decent job cooling the room but it's not central air. Tip: if you arrive really late or need to check out very early call ahead so you don't end up without someone at the front desk. The property is closed doors at night but just knock and the Porter will let you in. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again so long as they have sales. Regular price is a bit high.
