The condo was clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained. The elevators were a hassle. They stopped at every floor and one was not working. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Room was not clean at check in time had to call owner. Not enough dish cloths in kitchen. Pool always locked on inside had to find a worker to unlock inside to enter from outside. Very noisy upstairs and a dog barking late at night. Pay to park?? Ridiculous

The location of the condo is perfect for families. The elevators were super fast with no wait! But the beds were awful. So bad some of my group slept on the couch. There was mold/mildew around the window and on the air vent. The cleaner was still there at check in shampooing our couch and chairs so we didn’t have anywhere to sit for like 2 hours without being soaking wet. The pillows were really dirty when I took pillowcases off. I wouldn’t mind staying at the celadon again but definitely not this room!

Unit was nice and very clean. Our WiFi went out so it was difficult for us to work, they did respond to our request and had it fixed the next day. Frustrating that there were no coffee filters, we brought coffee but they had no basic essentials. We had a friend that wanted to come hang out at the beach with us one day, but there is no guest parking and had to pay $45 for the day. Also the clanking of pipes drove me crazy, I think we figured out that it was the elevators. If you’re wanting quiet, this is not the property for you.

Its was a nice condo clean very rooming but people still live on old days is how I'm going to state it because kids dont know no better from color and on our stay a lady came in our room did not knock but bust in our door to say that our check out time was a day before we had to check out I ask her was she the maid to clean the room she ask was I so I ask was it her condo she then said she was the overseer of the room and really wasn't comfortable at all after that .

Nice condo at the beach

Nice clean condo on the 7th floor. ALL condos are seafront facing with a balcony, which is nice. Spacious, two TVs, full kitchen, 2 baths, one MBR plus two bunk beds for the hallway (only good for kids). Two pools, small, but ok. Jacuzzi outdoor. BBQ possible but no seating area so you have to take your grilled stuff back upstairs. Direct access to beach with guaranteed umbrella and beach beds. Jetski and Hobie rental right there. Carpet and sofas are a bit smelly, but that's normal because of the humidity. Only way to avoid that would be leather sofas and floor tiles, which is in fact what I would do. Free, safe parking in the shade. 5 minute drive to pier and main shopping, entertainment area, but there is a convenience store in walking distance. Overall: good experience. I will try Destin, FL next, but in PCB this is a good choice.

Great beach stay

Stayed in room 1505. It was a center room with a long balcony over looking the beautiful gulf waters. It wasn’t lavish, but what I was expecting for a beach condo. Simple and easy to clean. We were going to have a late check in and they called us about 4:00 pm and texted us the access code, so we went straight to the room. Only issue we had was the next morning (Saturday) we were to check in before noon, and the office didn’t open until after 10:00 am, so we were limited on what we could do. Also, we didn’t find out until we checked in that you had to pay $20 to park and have a printed parking pass. I didn’t mind the cost, I just wish we had been given the website earlier where I could have printed the pass at home. Overall, wonderful stay and would stay again.

There was no one at the front desk at 7 pm when we arrived. we had to call a number to find a hidden envelop with our room code in it.. The next morning while we were at the beach the locked us out of the room so we had to come to front desk to check in again and get a permanent code.

We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the location of the condos. The room was perfect for our family. Next time we are in Panama City we will defiantly stay here again. We checked in “after hours” and was a little worried at first but everything went smooth!

Office was closed, although iy was not after hours check-in. Note said package would be in lock box with room info . . . no packet. Office is pretty much useless. Wi-Fi was terrible. That's the bad, we enjoyed everything else. View was great, room comfortable and spacious except for the couch. Arm rests were very hard.

Great family resort.

Great place, decent location if you want to be further down from the touristy stuff, check in was a bit of a nuisance as there was no one there until our third day in. We needed to check in via after hours, our unit code expired daily until we could properly be assisted by their front desk. Overall I recommend this place as a great family resort.

Good not great

Overall it was good.The location was GREAT right on the beach and withing walking distance from restaurants and other stores.The pier park was 10 min driving distance from our location.However we had some issues.We checked in on thanksgiving day and due to the holiday the front office was closed, There were instruction on the door on how to check in, but the instructions left were not very clear when it came to parking and wifi. We had to call a number to get the codes to access the room,such we did no problem but it looked like the parking instruction were confusing in the system too because it took 5 people to figure out where and how we should park.The access codes change everyday so you either have to call back or go to the front office to get new codes.That was not noted in the instructions and we got locked out a couple of times, a little frustrating I would say,specially if you are coming back after a long day and cannot wait to get in and rest.When I called they told me that they do that so the guests can check in with the front office BUT the office was under the holiday schedule so it was closed on the black Friday too so how was I suppose to do that?It beats me. I think it wasn't well thought in general about how to make it easier on the guests if front office is closed.The system that they have is a little confusing and lead to a lot of frustration since I feel like I spent a good chunk of my time on the phone with them trying to figure things out.

Beautiful views... quiet... lovely beach!

We enjoyed our getaway with minimal issues. We loved the view and the beach. We reported the DVD player wasnt working and the bathroom drain was broken on our 2nd day and they stated maintenance would come however they never did. The pillows were very flat however the bed was comfortable! Beach chairs were difficult being placed to very active and loud people after requesting quiet with the back row almost all open weren’t allowed to choose seating?????

Awful! Don't waste your money!

Absolutely a disgrace to the Wyndham name. The bedding was so stained we didn't want to sleep there, but after numerous phone calls to their after hour line, we received no help. Then there was the half used bars of body soap left in the shower. And the ice machine barely working and when it did work there was mold on the ice. We opted for the bunk bed room for our daughters and the lower bunk was covered in used gum. And then I found a disgusting crusty men's shirt left in the master bedroom, between the nightstand and bed.

Breath taking

Hello all I wish you all were there,my children mouth dropped when they saw the room set up,we were in a 2 bedroom-2 baths,nice bar and living room space for the children to have movie night..we all was pleased with the service at the front desk as well.i guess we were so far up,we were unable to get wifi in the room,but never less it was all good,we are looking to book at the caleadon resort again.jennipher
