Off season weekend

Perfect for a short stay. Very warm, clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and beach. Check in and check out was super easy. Only critique would be that the walls were thin and you could very easily hear the conversation of the guests in the room next door.

This property is perfect especially off-season as it is very close to town, gives you room in the unit, is across the street from the beach, and is very quiet and affordable. There is a kitchen so you can cook if you want to and they give you a coffee maker to use but no coffee like a hotel does. No hair dryer, either, so bring one if its cool out! I have not been to this property during pool season so I cannot say anything about that but for beach access this is a great spot although not on the beach. I would have liked a little broom in the room to sweep up the sand after a beach walk but none available. I think this is a perfect spot for Montauk getaways! !

We stayed here a couple of years ago when it was a different name. It was just ok then. Now, it was absolutely comfortable, clean and very updated. We were pleasantly surprised. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!
