The resort we stayed in was very nice. Pool was perfect on a hot day and the private beach was perfect! Snorkeling even by the private beach was really good and the close proximity to Mambo Beach and all of the restaurants was also a plus! Sarah and Nisa did an excellent job helping us and the savings we had on our excursion was a nice bonus! Overall l, very nice and would recommend. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Curacao!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented the Sunrise View apartment. The balcony overlooked the Dolphin Academy. The private beach was great as there were plenty of chairs and shade available. Mambo Beach is very close to walk to, which had plenty of shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Violet Blossom for 7 nights. Very good location near the pool, appartement had large terrace with everything needed. The furniture is a bit dated and I would rate the kitchen equipment as fair. The property is very nice, you can snorkel directly from the beach and see lots of under water wild life. Pool area is nice as well and very clean.

Everything was Perfect. We loved our stay. Clean and quiet, walking distance to restaurants. Beach was gorgeous,althoughit was small, it was just breathtaking. . Spent hours snorkeling and most of the time we were the only people on the beach. Sarah was very helpful and welcoming. The penthouse was beautiful with big terrace with pool and ocean view. Location was excellent. Penthouse had pool and ocean views. Property was clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Close to beaches and restaurants and other hotel properties. Internet connection in property was spotty and TV reception bad. Electricity usage closely monitored. Practical items were missing like towel racks in 2nd bathroom and trashcans in bedrooms. No elevators, just stairs. All in all, I would return and stay again in this tropical oasis.

We first had an amazing impression even before booking. We had questions as we are a family with 3 little kids and the staff responded right away! Ellis even spoke to me on the phone and helped me with everything in regards to grocery orders and selecting the right apartment. Sarah was there to greet us upon arrival. They had snorkels, beach toys ready for us and we were in the beautiful pool steps away from the ocean within minutes. The beach was perfect for our family. No snorkelling trip was needed as we had plenty of fish to see in the calm beautiful lagoon. We would walk to the mambo area every night (3 minute walk) for either dinner, snacks or ice cream. Watching the sunset every night was excellent end to the day. For our family this was perfect and a great alternative to an all inclusive type resort. It was calm, quiet, we had family breakfast outside each morning with an ocean view. We have already reserved a spot for next year as I dont think we could ask for a better place to stay. Thank you to the staff here!

Nice looking but not great

Great location and the unit had nice fixtures and decor. Beyond looks, it wasn’t functionally the best property. The AC doesn’t cool evenly, and the bathrooms were always super hot, muggy, and smelled moldy. The unit experienced several leaks after a heavy rain, leaving huge puddles all over the apartment, and directly into a packed suitcase. Had to spend our last day of vacation drying everything out and got the impression that this wasn’t the first time it’s happened. Overall the property was nice but definitely wouldn’t stay again.
