Parking was very close to the lobby. Check in went smoothly. To get to the rooms, you have to pass over the pool area, which was awkward. The main pool was very large and clean. But the smaller pools and jacuzzis were drained and unsightly. Room was nice, but it and the property in general, needs updating and maintenance. At a time when hotel patron numbers are lower do to Covid, routine maintenance should be a priority. For example, blown ceiling bulbs make the halls dark, but can be corrected cheaply and easily. It took almost 24 hours to remove several abandoned room service food trays from a hallway alcove. We like the room layout, which isolates the bathroom from the sleeping area. They do have an amazing gym complex. Kites restaurant has limited selections, average food quality and the service was weak. The property is showing its age and needs an investment of time and money to bring its quality up to the level of the cost charged for the room, which was about $400 per night, including tax and fees.
Hotel room was dated, and not clean! Smudge marks all over the TV, mold on the shower corners top of the glass had thick black mold gross! We had a used toilet paper roll 😬 the bathroom cabinet had a panel just hanging not even covering the cabinet.
Our sliding door was broken on a lower balcony, safe was locked and couldn’t be opened! BEDS are Horrible like sleeping on concrete! This was not worth 500$ a night! Worst trip I’ve ever had due to no sleep the beds legit feel like concrete! I called to talk to someone but no one cared to call me back 3 days ago! We stayed in room 211
Over all I do not recommend staying here! I need a vacation to recover from this vacation!
The outdoor hot pool was the highlight. Overall, the indoor pool had nice ambiance, but it looked a bit rundown. There was rust and wasn’t so clean.
The room was nice with the fireplace. The bed was very hard. The bathroom had rust and could have used some fixing.
Some of the furniture had loose legs and weren’t so sturdy. I expected more for the money.
Had on minor problem with getting a hold of the front desk at minerals for a problem with our TV. A fantastic employee, Matt Mcgarry, head of golf overheard us on the phone and solved the problem. Many thanks to Matt. Give him a raise!
The stay with me and my wife was ok could of been better with the service of the food and the towels for the bathroom but overall was good and enjoyable weather was good.

Not worth the Pretty Penny it COST
Definitely not worth the $600 and some dollars I spent for a one night stay. The pool lifeguards were extremely uptight in regards to children swimming at the pool. They actually yelled at me and my husband because my 3 year old yelled with excitement while under the waterfall..... the pillows and the bed were very uncomfortable. Me and my husband both woke up with stiff necks. There were ants all over the room and they got into our luggage. I was very disappointed with this resort. The Marriott we stayed at right before was cleaner and more comfortable.
Facilities are great, the views outside are breathtaking. I dont give the max rating because staff in the bar were a bit rude. The front desk staff was great!
The staff and service at Minerals exceed your expectations. Genuinely friendly and helpful, everyone does their utmost to help you have th best stay possible. I am a spirts club member and live locally however I was pleasantly surprised to find out I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite upon my arrival free of charge. Michael Pascal was extremely professional and went above and beyond in order to fix the bathtub quickly (the seal on the drain was leaking) and then helped me open a bottle of wine when the wine opener broke. Mikayla the housekeeper was so polite and friendly as well. I definitely recommend staying here. The rooms were bright with natural light, clean and spacious. I felt cozy and comfortable in every space.

Room was subpar. Negatives: No mini fridge, balcony door didn’t lock, bathroom shower whistled loudly the entire time you used it and the towels were old (they leave a ton of lint on you). Positives: staff is friendly, checkin/check out are a breeze. Outdoor heated mineral pool was the highlight of the stay!!
Best hotel I've ever been so far.....the spa areas is mind blowing........during our staying we came across a power blackout that screwed up the night.....but it won't stop me to go back again, I'll definitely reccomend it whether is for a skiing gateway or just a relaxing weekend, they have it all !!!!!!
The indoor pools were really nice on a cold day. There was a gymnastics event at the resort and there were a lot of children running around and we could not have a late check out because the hotel was fully booked.
