There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened.
