Best stay so far in Tokyo. Very respectful and amazing team at a brand new location - very kind and helpful and made our stay memorable. Rooms were great and spacious and the front desk accommodated all our needs.

My family of 4 with 2 children stayed at Grand Monday Ginza for 10 days. It was a great stay! The desk staff was great, the hotel was quiet and clean, in a convenient location, close to metro stations, restaurants and a 711 which was helpful for quick meals. The room was spacious and had useful amenities! We would definitely recommend and return!

GRAND MONday Ginza was wonderful place for my family and I. It was in a quiet convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. There was always a smile on their faces. Great room with private washer and dryer 2 in 1, hotel is very clean and tidy, staffs are polite and helpful, much appreciated their help. Awesome size for family. One drawback is the room has no drawers to store clothes.

The hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient store (7eleven) was accross the street. - the room had no sunlight through the window, which was a major drawback during the stay. - a bit far (15min walk) to Ginja area - no gym, swimming pool, restaurant - if you would stay for a long period, definately alrecommend. However, for a short term stay, I would recommend to stay in a hotel which offers accomodations and is closer to Ginja area

was unsure about this place bc it was brand new without any reviews when booking but ended up loving it. the staff were super helpful being there 24/7 and helped w any questions w had and were all fluent in english. the room was great and clean but was quite small but that was expected for tokyo but there was storage under the beds which was great. walking distance from many different stations. however the area is quite quiet at night with not many places open at night but there is a 7/11 across the street.

Spacious, new, nice design.

Spacious new hotel - great design and again … very spacious! Comfortable for 4 people - has kitchen and a washer/dryer that works great. It is a serve yourself, so no restaurant etc. Area is quiet, more like a business district. 15 mins walk from tokyo station. You can reach 2 metro lines - a bit of a walk. Ginza main shopping area is also walkable. 7/11 across the street. Again- brand new, opened on april 24th 25.

Room was fine, I got the suite which was (by Japanese standards) spacious. The room sadly had no view even from the fifth floor, my view from the window was a wall of the adjacent building a few metres away. Not worth the price I paid. Tokyo is a bit of a tourist trap, to get a decent hotel that is larger than a shoebox you gotta pay obscene amounts even in the off season.
