Reasonable quality aparthotel but expensive parkin

Plenty of room plus plenty of items supplied in the kitchen. The only issue is the parking. There are a few spaces (about6) which are free but it is first come first served so the only option is to then pay for parking under the hotel (small narrow spaces) at €15 per night, but this is still cheaper than on the street. Unless you need to be near the station or very central I would stay a little further out of Aux le Bains if you are there with a car.

It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified.

Good location near the centre, payable parking at the hotel (13€), room and bathroom decent and clean. Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. Other than that the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was good value for money
