We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Yet, they have a laundry room in the building which was ok. The unit had a washer and that was great for us. The view of the city was great and if you go to the terrace you could see and amazing views of Quito. The infinity pool at the terrace is heated nice and cozy after a long day of work or walking, it was a plus. The only reason I rate the property as 4 starts, because no dryer and they only provide me with on roll of toilet paper and 2 bath towels and two hand towels. The staff is very professional and well organized. You have open communication with reception via chat all the time if need anything they are very helpful. Location Location Lotion The building is across Carolina Park and I enjoyed a morning walked. República del Salvador offers great places to eat and if you have business meeting the coffee shops nearby are great. The Quicentro in Naciones Unidas and Mega Maxi in 6 de Dicirmbre are a 5 minute walk. Safety! The building has full time Security at the front office. The neighbor felt pretty safe to me.

Außen hui und Service Pfui

Leider war diese Erfahrung nicht wie erwartet und wir waren über einiges enttäuscht. Haus von außen top, sicher und Pool unglaublich schön und warm. Kommunikation über Nutzung von Pool und Gym hat gefehlt. Wir mussten dann erfahren, dass der Pooll und gym nur auf Voranmeldung täglich zu einem der Betreiber günstigen Zeitpunkt möglich ist. Für das Wechseln der Badetücher im Zimmer wollten sie dann 5 doller und das Zimmer wird nur alle drei Tage gemacht, was so auch nirgends stand! Die Fenster waren total undicht und auch im 18 Stockwerk konnte man die Leute auf der Straße hören, geschweige der Verkehr!

Un lugar muy céntrico, la vista increíble y el apartamento realmente en excelentes condiciones. NO hay acceso a la piscina aunque está en las amenidades que ofrecen, incluso no fue posible ni subir a la terraza porque los propietarios permanentes no lo permiten. No deberían de ponerlo como amenidad si no está disponible, resto todo perfecto.
