Outstanding experience, better than expected. Lovely place, the photos are real, comfortable bed, and mostly new. Great location, convenient, safe and all needs covered. Everything worked: a Nespresso machine with capsules, a regular coffee maker, and there was ground coffee, an extension cord, USB chargers, and kitchenware, which was clean.

Habitación amplia, limpia con una pequeña sala y cocineta y muy bien ubicada enfrente del centro comercial midtown. El check in es “extraño” y te dan indicaciones para que ingreses al edificio (es más bien como un pequeño departamento). Usas una clave para abrir la habitación y una tarjeta magnética para utilizar el elevador. La persona de vigilancia te autoriza a subir por el elevador la primera vez que lo haces

muy lindo todo Llegue antes del check in y me resguardaron el equipaje, esta enfrente de una plaza y allí me quede hasta la hora del check in. La habitación estaba limpia y tenia bebidas de cortesía. El guardia esta todo el día y fueron muy amables. Todas mis dudas me las aclaraban enseguida. Sin duda volvería. Al lado había un super y unas tortas ahogadas jejeje

Muy bonito lugar, muy buena limpieza. Los aspectos a mejorar: Proceso de Check in sumamente incómodo. Al no ser in site te sales del entorno de Hotels.com para hacer depósitos sumamente complicados de llevar a cabo y te llegan a proponer hasta transferencia. De la llegada hasta que estuve registrado tardé una hora. El messenger de Hotels.com muy deficiente por un tema que todavía no se soluciona que es poderte logear desde iPhone (Mod 15 IOS 26.01). Así que todo es por WhatsApp por lo que la incertidumbre es fuerte. Los depósitos si no los hacen en físico en el lugar, tienen que confiar que al ser una venta a travez de plataforma, si hacemos algo al lugar está protegido por esa transacción. Eso de mandar instrucciones de mucho requisito tipo AirB&B no es lo que busca alguien en Hotels.com. Me llama la atención que este tema les aparece varias veces en las reseñas. Algo para realmente valorar. Zona el la que se encuentra, inmejorable. Buena vista del balcón y servicio de té y café muy bueno. Estacionamiento podrá ser rebuscado para algunos, pero lo que importa es que está súper seguro el auto. Total tranquilidad.

Muy buenas habitaciones, bastante amplio el departamento, sin embargo se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones vecinas, el estacionamiento es complicadisimo, si vas en auto propio y quieres estacionarte el elevador es difícil de usar y la maniobra es bastante limitada, no hay indicaciones en el subterráneo y a menos que vivas ahí, sabrás cómo usar las entradas y salidas, falta un poco más de claridad a la hora de indicarte cómo maniobrar, si llevas un vehículo grande definitivamente no es recomendable estacionarte ahí
