Our stay couldn’t have been better in terms of location—just steps from the Colosseum—and the team was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The only hiccup was that the washing machine’s dryer function wasn’t working. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

They had a very detailed list of things that could be charged if damaged, so I was a little nervous, but after meeting Luz, I realized they were reasonable and she was very helpful.
