When we arrived at the hotel the staff were asleep and reception closed. We slept in our car until 8 am when they would check us in. Very poor communication and the cabin had an awful smell to it.

Amazing scenery, but service was soso. Food at the restaurant connected was not tasty, more like pretending to be fancy. Staff at the restaurant was lazy and uninterested. Half of the menu they either did not have, or did not want to cook.

Le lieux est magnifique, mais 1 douche pour 30 personnes ce n'est pas assez. L'eau froide n'etait pas annoncee. Et les douches sont dans le hall d'accueil du centre des touristes. Les toilettes sont fermees de 23h à 8h30. En arrivant nous avons trouvés les poubelles des occupants precedent. Aucun occultants pour certaines des tentes. Des fermetures de tentes defectueuse. Bref le tarifs est extremenent elevé pour ce tres faible niveau de prestation. Il vas etre urgent de changer.

Jag vill gärna ge fem stjärnor men jag kan verkligen inte. Rummen hade en häftig design, sköna sängar, AC som var kanon och en kyl. Men också en TV som inte fungerade, en dusch gardin som var ofräsch, ett handtag till badrummet som hängde löst, nyckeln till rummet strulade när man skulle öppna och låsa. Det luktade otroligt instängt när vi kom in i badrummet men det blev bättre när vi vädrade ur. Små grejer som helt enkelt drog ner helheten. Sen var servicen otroligt dåligt, det kändes inte så dom ville vara där eller ha oss där. Incheckningen var strikt kl 14 och inte en minut tidigare trots att vårt badrum luktade som att ingen varit där på flera dagar när vi kom dit. Dom informerade oss att frukosten startade kl 9 men när vi kom dit var det redan flera andra som åt, vi hade gärna kommit tidigare om vi hade vetat att dom var öppna. Små saker som lätt går att fixa, om dom vill, och det skulle bli kanon!

Værelset var hvad det lovede og beliggenheden er god når man skal gå en tur i Charyn. Dog var 2 ud af 3 ruter til vores skuffelse lukket, selvom man til overpris kunne få en guidet tur til en af dem. Desuden skal man betale entré til parken lige før Campground, hvilket burde være inkluderet. Der var heller intet vand på værelset, hvilket må være forventet, eftersom vi er midt ude i ørkenen. Restaurant og snackbar åbner sent (kl. 8:30) og lukker tidligt (kl. 20). Dog er man afhængig af at minibussen med personalet kommer til tiden, hvilket den ikke gjorde den dag vi var der, hvorfor vi fik sen morgenmad. Desuden lugtede der grimt på badeværelset. Alt i alt en blandet oplevelse.
