    Perfect stay felt as if I had a home here in Tokyo, the staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out. The area is also amazing to walk around as well as a 5 min walk away from the closest metro station

    Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too.

    If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay look no further. This property was spotless, it was a very comfortable room. Fang is an excellent host and very accommodating. She was friendly, polite and her English was excellent. It was very homey.
