The sink in the toilet 7th flor was blocked I requested to change me to another room.
The room was 4th floor. The mattress very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back. The lights on the corridor on all the night.
The staff in reception tried to help.

Bei der Ankunft war überhaupt keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde. Nach einer Zeit hab ich dann ein neues Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, aber es hat dann noch Klopapier gefehlt und das Zimmer war insgesamt einfach schmutzig. Staub am Nachttisch, Haare im Bett. Es gab auch keinen Stuhl zum hinsetzen.
Wurde ganz bestimmt die Unterkunft abraten.
