The room was great, and it was so nice to have the laundry and full kitchen available. Parking was easy though spots are limited, and paying for parking was also easy. The apartment was spacious for three, and very comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

It was clean, beds were really comfortable, walking distance to the basketball arena, aquarium, Olympic park, Coca Cola museum. Parking was $7.95 a day, we didn’t have to fight for parking for the most part. Only small thing I hated that it didn’t have a broom or dust pan to sweep, Laundry was also great! Air went out but I wrote them and they came expeditiously within 3 min and fixed it. Overall great stay for a family of 6

The gym was clean big and empty early in the morning , nice pool to cool off in too. Big clean room and quiet place to stay. The walk to the convention center was 12 minutes, mostly through or around the beautiful park.

The layout of the apartment style room was perfect, great views, and beautiful. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn't the place for you as the entire hallway smells terribly and it definitely creeps into the room.

The location was convenient, but the cleanliness and condition of the unit were disappointing. There was a noticeable cigarette smell, hair on the towels, and saw a roach in the unit. We did not stay the night due to these issues and requested a refund ( which we did not receive yet) for the night we didn’t use. Hopefully improvements can be made.

Additionally, there were no face towels available for use during showers. The parking facilities were inadequate. The only issue is parking is first come first serve and if you pay for parking it doesn’t guarantee a spot. However, there is off street parking available for free within walking distance. The apartment was clean overall and communication with property owners was good. However issues came when it was time to leave. The property manager was rude to us as we were leaving. We took some of our bags out a few at a time and upon the last time we had to leave, the property manager took upon himself to go into the room and rip our bags open and go through our stuff and leave our belongings scattered around the room. We had to yet again pick up our belongings because he opened our stuff without permission. Be mindful of that if you choose to stay here! That was highly disrespectful and property managers are not supposed to go through people’s belongings.

I enjoyed my stay at the Nomad; it was a clean and comfortable space for my sister and me. She was especially obsessed with the place. However, the limited parking was a drawback. The tight spaces and the need to pay for parking, despite already paying for the accommodation, were inconvenient. Additionally, most of the parking spots appear to be reserved for employees, and it seems like parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, which can be quite frustrating.
