Foi minha primeira vez hospedando aqui. A equipe da recepção e alguns outros integrantes da equipe no geral que nos atendeu foi pouquíssimo amistosa, sem polidez, rústica: inicialmente, quando me dei conta que faltaram algumas etapas de pré cadastro que me caberia fazer no check in; e no final quando fomos chamados na porta do quarto pela equipe exatamente às 11:00h questionando se estávamos saindo do quarto (checkout) de uma forma um tanto indiferente e antipática. As pessoas da equipe não sorriem, não esboçam simpatia, sugerindo não fazer muita questão de hóspedes temporários. O “aparthotel” é excelente, muito novo e com acabamentos, decorações, montagem impecáveis (mérito da Cyrela!). O quarto é excelente, bastante espaçoso, muito confortável. A localização é ótima, com excelentes mercados a pouquíssimos metros, ótimos cafés e restaurantes nas imediações e a algumas quadras do shopping Pátio Higienópolis.
