The swimming pools were all very clean and the areas around them were also very clean. Loungers were nice. The large eye on the stove didn't work and the tile floor was slippery. overall it was a nice stay and I would book this condo again.

I did like the tiki bar , pools and Jacuzzis , beach access and inside pizza Grill bar- the front desk was very helpful and nice my particular room could use some updates cabinets and bedding. Although it was a very nice stay.

We enjoyed the Libido bar outside and friendly staff at the bar. We never saw anyone that works at the hotel and even tried to go to the front office on Sat and both doors were locked and the guy just looked at us. It was a clean environment.

This property is located in a good location. Quiet & relaxing. What i extremely didn't like was the fact the description states parking located across street. That would have been fine but it's across the street and a block away.

Other hotels are better I hope

It was a filthy low rent room with a nasty mattress, tv was broken, lock didn’t work. The whole place needs an upgrade. There are too many hotels on Myrtle Beach to stay competitive with this kind of place.

Liked the view. All the beds need new mattresses. Sank toward middle and all headboards hit the wall when you rolled over. The two in master squeek so bad we had to move to front bedroom. Couches needed vacuuming because of sand all over the cushions

Good but some inconvenience

Check in was easy, although it was a good but away from the hotel. I wish there was more transparency about parking. You have to park in a garage across the street. Not a big deal, but inconvenient when its not stated on the website. Our room wasnt ready for check-in. I jever received a text it was ready so we showed up and they were still cleaning. We had to wait 30 minutes. Although the room was cleaned well, the beds werent made. I had to put the fitted sheets on the bed. Overall the stay was good. Good location, great pool.

The room itself was filthy when we arrived, we were basically confined to the one bed the entire time, even though we paid for a suite. The other bed had brown streaks and a massive white blotch in the middle so we didn’t even touch it, the couches had boogers all over them and the table in the dining area also had brown stains and streaks all over it. I tried to call the office twice regarding the cleanliness but it just kept ringing so I gave up. The process of getting into your room is also inconvenient, we spent a lot of time fiddling with the key pad and lock. For the price you’d expect a lot nicer of a room, but it was severely lacking. Only one TV worked as well. We felt very unsafe as well during our stay, lots of people yelling outside our door and slamming things around nearby. The morning we left we also heard what we thought were gunshots, at 5am. They didn’t sound like fireworks. As I was cleaning that morning as well I saw a roach crawling over the top part of the door. The downstairs and common areas were very nice but that’s about it. Definitely will not be staying again, I’d rather spend more and not have to deal with all of that.
