Always good to see a wide range of meat & dairy-free options at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, a quiet relaxing environment and clean functional surroundings. Everything we wanted, would happily recommend.

What a great place expect the beds

Very nice hotel with the best service. Great welcome and great staff overall. Very relaxing place. Only bad thing the beds are way too soft for me, you almost lay on the floor.

Absolutely loved our stay here, our new place to stay in Playa del ingles. Spotlessly clean, well maintained pool and gardens, on-site store and bar. Friendly staff, fast and welcoming check in with free drink. Great breakfast - well managed. Loved every minute, well be returning

Great property, which has been newly refurbished. Rooms are nice and big with a nice balcony. My only comment would be regarding furniture quality in rooms are a little worn. Pool area outstanding one of the nicest I’ve been to.

Huge room. Great staff and amazingly clean and well maintained. Some features of the room are a little dated but this will not spoil your stay at this hotel. The food is also generous and well thought out. A great place to stay!

Lovely hotel, nice and clean! room was big and kitchen area was lovely touch. Pool was lovely and seating area was nice! perfect can’t complain! - note beach is 30 min walk but taxis as outside the hotel 24/7!

Everything else was very nice but the walls are extremely thin. Could not sleep if there's a conversarion next door or a clean-up lady with trolleys walking.

We stayed for 10 nights. On our arrival we were greeted by cheerful staff and the check in was simple and quick. The apartment was clean and tidy, there was a good size bathroom with a great shower, We enjoyed having uk tv channels. The rooms are a bit dated and tired but still very functional and clean.

Large 1 bedroom apartment. South facing so always sunny and bright, Great shower, big balcony a sun lounger would have been nice. Fabulous breakfast plenty of choice. Lots of free parking available. Happy to return.

We found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and spacious with helpful staff and very good buffet-style meals. We also appreciated the nice pool areas and an on-site shop. Evening entertainment was an unexpected bonus but aimed, I think, at the older generation. At about 30 minutes, the walking distance to the beach is further than many hotels but the taxi fare is 5 euros and we had no problem in getting one. There are also bus stops not far away and the Yumbo shopping centre less than 15 minutes walk away. We would go to this hotel again!

Property overall was good. Facilities good. No rush for sunbeds, gym was good. Check-in wasn’t the best. Staff were not very helpful. Despite check-in time stating 1200 they wouldn’t let us check in until 1400. Did not offer us glass of cava that we seen other guests getting. Didn’t tell us where we could get changed or offer us pool towels. Reception staff not the most approachable and seem uninterested. Other staff within hotel excellent. No pool bar.

My stay at Sunprime Atlantic View

I love this hotel, I was there in May and had such a good time so decided to return this month and was not disappointed, food was very good and staff members are great, very helpful and kind, nothing is too much for them. Photos on their website are true reflection of what you get. Wanted to book this hotel in January or February 2023, but they are fully booked☹️, highly recommend.

One of the best hotels at that price range

I have stopped at many hotels in Playa del Ingles and this was one of my favourites. The breakfast in the morning is lovely and has proper English Breakfast ingredients such as English sausages and bacon. The pools were warm and beautiful. The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed and the staff seem genuinely kind. There were so many nice touches such as free cava when you arrive and then a free bottle of wine and water in the room. I especially liked people coming round at breakfast reminding us if we want extra food before they close the breakfast Such a nice and kind touch. From what I remember, they left the food after quite a while afte the official close. I like a hotel that is not all about the rules. You really get the impression that they care about the customer service and I definitely will go back. The only minus side I can think of is that the rooms are slightly dated but that is so minor, I didn't know whether to even mention it. Great hotel and good location too.

The studio we booked are modern and the air con blows into the bedroom , but we were given an apartment which is a bit old , dated , smelt of smoke , and the air con misses the bedroom so sleeping at night is difficult. Did manage to sort out the correct room that we booked the next day , but staff weren’t great , didn’t apologise once, made us feel like it was all our fault . Won’t be going back .

OMG, This is my new favourite place to be! Sunprime Atlantic is an amazing place to stay! The food, the cleanliness, the staff everything about it amazing! Super gay friendly which is lovely as me and my group are gay girlies, we all felt completely safe to be free and open, no hatred anywhere even the areas that we explored we could hold hands And everything without discrimination. All of the staff have such a positive attitude, everyone was super friendly and when we had questions they happily answered! We had all inclusive which was amazing, the food was stunning, load of variety and of course all the alcohol and soft drinks you could have! Again all staff were amazing but a massive massive shout out and gratitude to the bartender Pablo he made us the most amazing cocktails! We had san Francisco’s and Hawaii’s, he made them with TLC and made us some really nice shots! There was another lady who I cannot remember the name of in the canteen area but she was so lovely and friendly so shout out to her too! I will deffo be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and I will for sure be coming back 10/10 service for everything from check in to check out everything went so smoothly and was amazing! Also loads of food was included with the all inclusive including snacks from the little shop on site! The buffet was fantastic every night for dinner they have a different theme for food! Drinks were amazing as mentioned previously! I cannot wait to book to come here again!

overall nice but not for me

the hotel is nice, very spacious and services provided are great (on site supermarket, gym, spa etc) Just few things that I didn't enjoy much: - the 3 swimming pools were always super busy, unless you went there early in the morning (like 8am) you wouldn't get a sunbed - i was one person in a studio and there were 2 detached single beds, i don't know if this is normal in gran canaria but i found the single bed too small - guaranteed 100mb internet wasn't correct, the max speed i had was 20mb (i had to work from the hotel and chosen this hotel becuase of this feature) - there wasn't a proper standard hight table to eat on (there was a coffee table in the lounge and smaller table with not so conformable eating chairs on the balcony) and to work on too - there was buzz coming from the electric control panel at the entrance which was very annoying during the night (i have been told it was normal) - at arrival there was a tray with 2 wine glasses and a welcome message 'please enjoy' but not bottle of wine.. i would expected a bottle of wine when a note with 2 wine glasses are left like that? - ants everywhere, one day in bathroom and kitchen area i had about 20. one day found couple in the beds too - no proper coffee machines (barista made coffee or even nespresso) in the property till about 10am when the supermarket opens. I am an early bird and coffee drinker.. if I wanted to have a coffee I had to buy the breakfast (13 euros i think)
