We have used Golden Sands 3 and 5 on and off for 25 years, The staff,as ever, are friendly, polite and always helpful. The apartments in 5 are comfortable and very tidy however they are starting to show their age, Golden Sands 3 has had a recent make over and looks fantastic its about time for 5 to recieve the same attention. The area is ideally located for local shops and dining and is within easy walking distance to the Metro. We will be returning in 2026/27 and are looking forward to it.

My family had amazing time at Golden Sands Apartments Hotels. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and looked exactly like what we booked. Everything worked in our rooms and when we needed help they assisted quickly. Quiet hotel and good neighborhood.

The house keeping staff excellent, very helpful very friendly and credit to Golden Sands. I found some of the checkin staff to be a little hostile sometimes. Which was a shame. This is my second stay a Golden Sands 5 and would come back, just hope the check in staff given a little bit more training on being friendly and helpful, this was not all the checkin staff, some of them very nice
