Flot hotel lige ved dejlig strand. Rent og pænt overalt. Rengøring og rene håndklæder hver dag. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale overalt. Lækker mad, stort og varieret udvalg både morgen og aften. Enkelte medlemmer af familien havde det svært med at døren til badeværelse/toilet var af glas (matteret) og ikke kunne låses.

Tolles Hotel mit herrlichem Garten!

Das Playa Esperanza Suites Hotel gehört zu einem Komplex aus insgesamt drei einzelnen Hotels. Die drei Hotels liegen in einer herrlichen Gartenanlage mit drei Pools direkt am Stand. Durch die Größe des Gartens sind immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Unser Zimmer ist sehr geräumig gewesen und verfügte über ein Wohn- und ein Schlafzimmer. Vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick in den Garten und auf das Meer. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und gute Abwechslung. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Naturparks (Parc natural de s’Albufera de Mallorca). Hier kann man schön Wandern und Radfahren. Außerdem liegt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und werden in jedem Fall zurückkommen!

We've been 2 times thus summer

Have been July 2016 in the Hotel triple room and in October 2016 in suites. The resort has a huge territory, several pools, indoor heated pool. My family and I enjoyed a lot our stay! Dinners are great variety. Pray a bit more to get a room with a view! The sea colors are fantastic!

Séjour très agréable suite spacieuse et parfaitement décoré, disign vraiment au top!!! J'ai été séduite, l'hôtel est beau, rénové la salle de restaurant en exterieur donnant vers la mer est vraiment très agréable le matin. J'ai passe trois jours fabuleux en couple.

Fuimos sorprendidos desagradablemente al no dejarme entrar en el comedor de noche, sin ningún aviso, con bermudas carísimas. Iba acompañado de mi mujer en pantalón corto y camiseta sin mangas de Vogue y Chal de lino auténtico adquirido enVerona y más caro que la vestimenta de 4 turistas a la vez. Indignados decidimoscenar en otro lugar. Por mi trabajo he tenido la suerte de visitar hoteles de muchísima más calidad. Fue insultante. Soy diplomado y colegiado Director de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas. Master en Marketing Turístico por la Universidad de Deusto. Master en Direccion y gestion Personal. Curso especializado de Food and Beverage. y varios. lamentable el director siempre ausente. El servicio, exceptuando el maitre, poco preparado,con poco recorrido, muy bueno.

Etablissement totalement conforme à la description et aux photos du site, très belle établissement très bien entretenu avec un accès direct à une magnifique plage. Suite spacieuse et en parfait état, superbe vue (pour les suites), personnel efficace et sympathique, buffet de très bonne qualité, Acces au SPA inclus (petit mais très peu de monde au moment ou nous y étions). Belles piscine extérieures, piscine intérieure petite. Seul bémol (et encore) literie un peu dure à mon gout.

EXCELLENT HOTEL

WE HAD A FABULOUS 3 NIGHT STAY. WE HAD 3 SUITES AND THEY WERE LOVELY, SPACIOUS AND MODERN, ALTHOUGH THE BALCONIES ARE SMALL. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC, WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. MY DAUGHTER AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE SPA AND MASSAGE. TWO NEGATIVES, WE FOUND THE BEDS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND ONE OF THE RECEPTIONISTS WAS UNHELPFUL AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY BUT HE WAS THE EXCEPTION AS ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF WERE LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL. OUR YOUNGEST GRANDSON HAD A BALL AT THE MINI DISCO AND AGAIN THE ENTERTAINERS WERE BRILLIANT.

Hervorragend geführtes Strandhotel - gutes Essen!

Unser Wunsch nach einer Suite mit Meerblick wurde perfekt erfüllt! Wir waren zu Ostern dort: Publikum Familien, Paare und ganz viele Radfahrer! Essen vom Buffet war sehr vielseitig und qualitativ sehr gut, der Service immer freundlich. Klar dass in einem solch riesigen Hotels schon ziemlicher Servier-Wagen-Verkehr im Speisesaal herrscht. Die Lage direkt am schönen Strand von Muro / Alcudia ist sehr gut, weniger attraktiv ist das sehr sehr touristisch geprägte Umfeld des Hotels (eben typische rein touristische sehr große Siedlung entlang des Strande). Schön: das Feucht-/Vogelschutzgebiet Albufera für einen Spaziergang direkt vom Hotel aus. Einen Parkplatz (kostenfrei) vor dem Hotel zu bekommen, war zu Ostern völlig unproblematisch.
