Andres and his family were amazing hosts! Didi was great at keeping the grounds clean and beautiful. GREAT location near everything with a feeling of home away from the strip. My partner and I just left yesterday and we can’t wait to return!

This is a gem and if you have the opportunity you better run not walk! I was alone and felt so safe. The property is luxurious and clean. The only issue was I asked for late check out and nobody responded. I really needed an answer because my flight delayed.

A literal oasis tucked away from the hi-rise hotels, but still a short, comfortable walk to the ocean and other amenities. The apartment was impeccable, and the hosts and staff were kind and quick to respond. I didn't want to leave, and will be sure to return! Amazing.

Such a cute property. Lovely and quiet. Has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable such as Toiletries, kitchen supplies. There is a nearby grocery store within walking distance. The staff are truly amazing and responsive. The area is close to nearby Palm Beach. You could rent a car for convenience or take. Taxi (easily available on the island, about 5-10 mins wait max). I would definitely stay here again if I visit next time!

Amazing Casita!

Loved this little casita hideaway. The room was bigger than expected and decorated well with a nice vibe. The shower was awesome and the room had a full kitchen. Joel, who welcomed me at the property did a great job explaining the property and everything around the place. My only recommendation to those who choose this place is I suggest getting a car. You're really too far to walk to anything beyond the Marriott area. Also, when it get's dark, you really can't walk to anything without getting creeped out crossing the dirt path to get to the resorts.

We had a wonderful experience at Lagunita . The owner Andrea was so graceful and friendly. Joel was exceptional. He was always there for all our requests. Such a pleasure to have met him so courteous and respectful. LAGUNITA was so clean, quiet it’s like a piece of heaven. We will return. Thanks again for this wonderful place. Bonus everything is within walking distance you have to wear protective sun gear and sun block. If you drive it’s perfect everything is nearby and it’s pretty safe driving just follow the rules.

A remarkable experience

The property was very clean and well- equipped with all the tools needed for a home away from home experience. From iron and ironing board to toaster, blender, kettle. Everything was easily accessible. The communication with the owner and on-site staff was excellent as well. My only peeve was that there was a little noise overhead so it was hard to sleep. But to be very fair I'm a light sleeper so this may not be an issue for other guests.

This is a quiet, immaculate and lovely property. It's very close to (only about 5 minute drive) Arashi beach, Super Food, Palm and Eagle beach. I found that Rt 2 is easier to drive than Rt 1, since Rt 1 has higher speed limit and busier. The property is in walking distance to Palm beach (10 min walk using the short cut). The staff (Dana and Joel?) was really nice and attentive. Although there was a language barrier, they use a phone app to interpret, so we didn't have any problem communicating. The kitchen is fully equipped, and they even have a cooler and beach bag for you to use. There were many mosquitos in the bathroom/room so I do recommend a bug spray. The pool/common area was cute and nicely kept. Make sure to park your car half way up on the sidewalk, to make enough room for big vehicles to pass by. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

My entire stay was an inconvenience. My room was infested with bugs, specifically on my bed sheets and bathroom. My first night they gave my room to someone else and I had to wait for another room. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience but an apology. But the last straw was the bug infestation on my last night there. I ended up leaving a day early. The owner gave me a one night refund. Nice place but I felt very uncomfortable from the day I arrived.
