A safe, quiet, and convenient place. The room looks newly renovated and very clean. The front desk staff are friendly. It is convenient to get to the city's tourist attractions by transport, and also easy to shop for daily necessities nearby.

We loved the apartment and it felt like a home-away-from-home. We had to buy some items ourselves (frying pan, kitchen roll, groceries etc.), but it was a lovely place. Clean and well-maintained, close to both trains and buses, with very friendly staff.

My little dog and I have stayed at this palace five times in the past few months while my pup Underwent medical treatment at the nearby l’ENVA. Zenao is fabulous. Spanking new, well equipped suites and great staff and residents. The location is perfect for the train to Paris and to airports and shopping locally is very high quality. The one alert is that there is no sign on the building indicating it is the Zenao hotel since the hotel is housed in STELLA savior residences. Go by the address, ring the buzzer and you will find the Zenao paradise hidden behind the gate.

Room and staff were great. Their card reader was not working so i had to find an atm to get cash to pay the city tax. That was my only complaint

We got to the property a way to early but decided maybe we should ask about luggage. At first we don’t speak French and she didn’t speak English but she was so nice then she used her translator. Made extremely easy and lucky for us she was able to accommodate an early check on since one room was ready free of charge. She was extremely nice and smiled every time we passed by her .The room was really nice had a fridge , microwave, nice bed / room , nice living room had a nice patio the shade can open up completely or be completely dark .Would def book there again .

The building is a retirement home, which rents out rooms. Room is basic and simple. Facilities such ad the kitchen and bathroom are very good. WiFi and tv very good. Aircon excellent. Would have been nice to have literature in the room explaining more about the property and location. Very secure property and room with working day reception. Location is ideal for local shops and bars. Train station 10 min walk. For a few euros, trains every 10 minutes takes you into Paris. D green line. Use a day pass to go on all trains and busses. Including the cable train at sacre coeur. Châtelet les halles station for Westfield shopping mall. And the Louver is 10 minutes walk away. Nord station and 31 bus for sacre coeur basilica. 72 bus to Eiffel Tower from the Louver. All very good, take plenty of water. And go explore.

Bra pris.

On a adoré notre séjour!

Disliked: Amenities
