Good place for a business trip

Friendly staff, very good location just next to the train station, a few good restaurants around. Room was quite spacious and quiet. A fridge would have been useful, especially in summer, also a larger table and a real chair.

The Station is just a few hundred meters from the Mannheim Hbf yet is located on a side street and thus the location is nice and quiet. Rooms are small, quirkily decorated, but (importantly!) quite comfy. Include the breakfast in your reservation as it is VERY filling. I did not need to eat lunch! I will DEFINITELY stay there again if I am in Mannheim.

The Station is a mere 3-4 minute walk from the Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, so it is conveniently. I opted for a slightly bigger room this time and was not disappointed as it had the "Hairspray" theme (yes, the John Waters movie). Since I was on the back, it was super-quiet and rather spacious. My only complaint was no fridge, but then again, Mannheim was so cold that the water and wine bottles on the window ledge stayed perfectly cold. Nice wine bar and good selection of local wines. I will definitely stay there again.

Sehr praktikables Zimmer für eine Person. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging sehr schnell. Das Personal war auch nett. Das einzige Manko sind die Lampen. Die hängen relativ weit unten, auf Augenhöhe (ca 165cm). Deshalb fand ich die Lichtverhältnisse etwas unangenehm aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

First of all, my boyfriend had some sharp wood piece from the floor stuck in his foot and I had to pull it out from his foot, and his foot was bleeding. The wood piece was obviously from the poor quality wooden floor
