Excellent host, very patient and goes out to great lengths to ensure you are well set in. Clean and cozy place. Convenient location, just a minute from the Tram. The bathroom was spotless.

We stayed in 1708 which has so much potential but was missing a kitchen cupboard which was placed at the front entrance. Security was a bit of an issue as the door only had the keyed deadbolt so anyone with a key could enter at any time. No additional interior locking device (chain etc). The bed was HORRENDOUS. A firm mattress is nice but this was rock solid. Woke up various times throughout the night with shoulder and hip pain (not usual for me!) Had to sleep on the couch (which was very comfortable). Coffee maker was missing a crucial component rendering it inoperable (as it overflowed all over the kitchen counter and floor). The part is no where to be found. Unit had only one pot, the world’s smallest pot. lol Check in was easy enough. Lobby was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING due to the proximity of the front doors to the elevators. The area was nice, easy and convenient to get around.
Missing cupboard door. Not many kitchen items.

Room was clean with great city views. After checking into the suite, noticed the shower didn’t have any hot water. The bathroom sink did have hot water but not the bathtub shower did not. Waited around 3 hours but the only response hour after hour was that they had informed building management. This was during one Toronto s worst winter storms and cold weather on the 21st jan 2026. I had 4 nights booked through Expedia but I was so frustrated after hearing the same this after 3 hours of wait for hot water in shower. The hot water in shower is one of the essential amenity. Since the failed to provide it I requested full refund but was only given half refund. I Hope no one has to experience this type of lack of basic amenity. I wrote them an email on 24th jan stating I need my full refund but they have not responded and today is 2nd Feb.
