Friendly and helpful staff, great locations! We were able to check in before 2pm, which was a nice surprise after a long flight. Rooms were spacious and clean with modern fittings. The rooftop terrace has a wonderful bar with magnificent views of the Royal Palace of Madrid. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

What a wonderful upgrade we received upon arrival! We had a lovely serviced apartment with facilities for cooking and washing up - as a result of which we enjoyed some exxellent dinners 'at home' (for that's what it felt like, with a view of the Royal Palace all lit up just opposite us!). The location was excellent and we were able to walk to all the major attractions during our five full days in Madrid. The staff were absolutely wonderful, to a person, and I cannot thank them enough for the consistent kindness, advice and help they were always ready to offer - and to offer cheerfully! These lovely people included Pedro, Sara, Daniel and Sandra at the front desk; Vicky with her excellent guest relations skills in the breakfast room; and the gracious housekeepers whose names I didn't get. Sara was still helping me sort out a bit of a snag with our onward travel arrangements even as we were going out the door at the end, encouraging me to still contact her alonf the way if I needed her help Ofo

Excellent service by staff

The antique car museum is a must-visit. The gentleman that brought us around the museum on 24 Oct (sorry we forgot to get his name) really went the extra mile to take us around and allowed us to have a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The lady who checked us in on 21 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful. We had a great time and a very memorable stay especially due to these 2 wonderful staff!

We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too!

Bien situado. El personal es muy amable. Al inicio tuvimos un problema debido a que nos dieron habitaciones con camas dobles y habíamos solicitado individuales, pero hicieron todo lo posible por acomodarnos y darnos lo que pedimos. La habitación es cómoda y tranquila y nos parece un buen hotel para estar en Madrid.
