This was exactly as listed. It was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends when they are booking a stay in Charleston. It is the perfect location to access all of the sites in downtown.

Location was perfect....very clean...I was on my own and came in for a wedding...had everything i needed...very comfy!

The property was recently updated and clean. The online description was accurate. Good location next to king street and the free city bus service to get around Finding the property was a little tricky the first time. It is behind the fire house with 2 SMALL alleys leading to it. The parking was 1/2 a block away in a garage. Great value highly recommend you stay here

Had a little trouble finding the place using map apps but once we found it and figured out the location and how close it is to everything Charleston....it was great. Going to book it again.

This was my second time to Charleston and stayed in the same area both times. I would stay here again. Such a great spot. The parking garage was close and easy. They provided tickets to scan for comp exit access. The provided bathroom amenities were nice and a sound machine was provided, but we brought our own. No street noise from people really, more just "city noise" fire station is right there and cars, etc. Super easy access to King Street and Cannon. We didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment, but would have been enjoyable space if we had, full kitchen and a nice balcony to sit out on. The small washer/dryer was nice bonus! Would rent from this company again!

Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. Our stove was broken, WiFi was not working and vent was closed in the bedroom. Maintenance employee can right over and fixed the air vent and WiFi. He was very kind and professional.
