Great niche hotel in GT

Great niche hotel in GT. very nicely styled rooms. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Not the clinical chain hotel that is so common these days. A breath of fresh air in a great location.

A mess

Requested to be away from the elevators 3 months in advance of stay, check in first night next door to the elevators with non stop noise outside all night, wasn’t able to change rooms till next night. New round was not facing the street however planes fly overhead from 6am everyday, noise from the room above and more importantly there’s construction going on all over the place near the hotel so was a nightmare. If had know in advance Would never have stayed and would not recommend this hotel

Great location to shops and restaurants.

Staff were fabulous and a very cosy hotel. Our room was quite small, possibly because the bed was enormous bur really comfortable. My Only complaint is the lorries reversing down the road outside at 3.30am and 5.30 am. So if you are a light sleeper they will wake you.

Great location in Georgetown, great staff.

All very easy for visiting Georgetown and Washington attractions. Nice area to walk around. My only quibbles were the food smells in the lifts and the shower head was a bit mouldy. Could do with a refurbishment. The staff were all excellent and super helpful. Staying again next year.

Perfect hotel

The Graham is a beautiful hotel in the heart Georgetown. I cannot fault it in anyway. The room was large, very comfy and spotless - thank you Sonja. The roof top bar is fantastic and all the staff are thoughtful and helpful. We have already booked again for next year so I stand by my belief that that is a fabulous hotel.

Need to sharpen their act up a bit.

Besides wi-fi not working with code given,there was no water in the room or fridge and when it came the next day ,a charge was made. Also we were locked out of the rom due to magnetic key being programmed incorrectly.

Have never met such helpful, friendly & efficient staff & would recommend the hotel for this alone. Free wi fi a bonus. Rooms very modern & well equipped although would have liked to have had a make up/shaving mirror in the bathroom. Very large shower room with fixed tap.

Excellent hotel.

We spent three nights here. All the staff in the hotel and the bar were extremely helpful and provided honest restaurant recommendations and local area information. Every recommendation we followed resulted in either wonderful food and or a great day. The roof top bar was great.
