This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa and Pool are closed!!! Permanently! To connect with wifi the barman took my mobile to the office to put the password, still the signal was very poor, still good enough to book different, normal hotel. Instead of 3 nights I have spent there half an hour. Certainly they refused any refund. I simply feel cheated.
