立地が良く、広くて快適

立地がよく、ツアーのバス停やレストランがすぐ近くにあり便利でした。部屋も広く清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。簡単なキッチンやコーヒーがあったので朝食を部屋で作って食べることができました。

ホテル並のサービスは期待できません

中心エリアなので、多少の騒々しさはありました。客層も、マナーのよい上客というよりも、少し騒ぐタイプの旅人が多いように感じました。 また、ホテルではありませんので、いたれりつくせりのサービスは値段に比べるとかなり物足りないのは否めません。 滞在の快適さやホスピタリティを求めると不満が残るかもしれませんが、快適ではあります。

Lovely suite for two people in a great location.

Great location in Reykjavik. Easy access to parking in the Tradarkot parking garage. It is a nice sized suite with everything we needed including a kitchenette with: sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, mini fridge and washer/dryer which was so helpful. Changes I would suggest are to add some nonslip mats in the shower and bathroom as the floor tiles, while beautiful, are quite slick. And a fan for summer.

The location was perfect, and the property itself was very nice though the room was a bit smaller than I thought because the stairwell is calculated as part of the square footage. The shower had a slow drain but it was promptly fixed due to great communication and responsiveness from property management.

Great location right in the heart of everything

The place was located right at the end of the rainbow road in the heart of midborg. I would recommend earplugs if you're there on a Friday/Saturday night, but otherwise nice and quiet. We were on the second floor. There is no elevator. It wasnt a big deal, but may be an issue for those with mobility issues.

They sent the address, they failed to say it was down in an alley. I stopped a shop keeper to ask where it was. Not accurately described. Comfortable and convenient.

This is an excellent location for people watching. We were on the 3rd floor over looking the start of the ‘rainbow road’ looking down toward the big church. So many people stop to take pictures providing a constant flow of passersby’s. The only thing to be aware of is the street noise all night long, but that comes with the area. We loved it!

When we entered our shower was on. It was unable to be turned off. Not sure how the cleaning person did not notice. Maintance person was able to turn the lower head on and off with a screwdriver. The shower was supposed to be fixed the next day. Nobody ever showed. Glass was broken all over the parking lot. Lucky we did not get a flat tire. I had to call for my apartment code. The building and apartment codes were the same. Unsafe part was I could enter another building with the same code. Beware. Nothing was done to make amends.

We wanted to be immersed in the Dutch culture & this property felt like we were. I traveled with my 2 adult daughters so wanted more space than a small hotel room. The bedroom contained 2 single beds & the living room had a pull out couch & all were very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen area had everything needed for our stay.

Can’t recommend

The front yard looked horrendous. No oven and the stove did not work properly. The toilet did not flush properly. There was no table to sit and eat at! Only two toilet paper rolls, by far not enough for this long of a stay for four persons. Super humid and moist inside the apartment, no air con or did not work properly. Very noisy inside from the streets The bed sofa was horrible.

Super zentrale Lage für Stadterkundung und Tagesausflüge. Größe und Einrichtung der Wohnung für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Gute Grundausstattung für 1 Woche. Leider auch starke Abnutzungserscheinungen (defekte Rollos, verschmutzte Fugen), verschmutzter Außenbereich und Nachts sehr laut durch Tourismus. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert.

The apartment was under the stairs, and we had to look around to find it. The locks were just fine. The location is excellent. We would definitely come back. We had asked for a one-bedroom and got a studio with a foldout couch and twin beds in an alcove. I think this was listed as a one-bedroom. Many setups like this are listed as 1 bedroom. The bathroom like did not turn off even after 2 workmen "fixed' it. We got 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. the staff was responsive, but we should have had adequate towels when we arrived. The TV worked and you could watch many different programs. There were some cooking equipment and dining ware. The staff and workmen were very nice and pleasant.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Ice Apartments. The location was great as it’s directly across the rainbow street. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was awesome! If I were to be picky, there was a little incident with the microwave that I had to report but their response was prompt so it’s all good. Over-all, I would definitely stay again. Caviat: parking can be difficult so I suggest to get a PARKA app. It tells you where would be the best available parking spot and it lets you view parking rates. We parked across the apartment which was way easier than going to the Tradarkot parking garage (super compact parking spaces) as suggested in the parking instruction. The parking spot is called Laugavegur 3.
