Such a wonderful apartment for the cost - everyone is war, hospitable and friendly. Fantastic room and kitchenette and bathroom for the cost. Love it! Aldi nearby. Staff very professional and pleasant. It's wonderland I've returned 6 times in the last year.

Very small studio with awful messages and pillows, bad service, really noisy with airport nearby plus wild people staying next to our room, crying out loud... TV didn't work, bad internet, old fridge dropping water... A nightmare

The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. Also, I would be happy if there was any English channel available on the TV in the room.

BEWARE

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. PLEASE BEWARE! The room they gave me was not cleaned, stains everywhere, my son stepped on a dirty tissue, toliet was not flushed. There were rusty scissors just sitting on kitchen counter, it was horrible. Also, I had 6 luggages and they put me on the 4th floor which I thought was strange. The entire place did not smell right. I got a bottle of wine and they had no opener. I was suppose to be staying for 3 nights but I left after 2-3 hours once I was able to change my flights. They did not respond to any of my issues until about a week later and refused a refund and are telling me I stayed 2 full days. Now I am stuck disputing this with hotels.com ( who I use all the time and expected more help from) and with my credit card company now. This was so disappointing

Hotel sympathique de premier abord mais à regarder de plus près, le ménage est très approximatif : l espace cuisine gras, loulous de poussières dans les coins et les placards, sols sales, télécommandes sales, la cuvette des toilettes imbibés d’urine laissant une odeur tenace. Ces observations ont été faites à la responsable qui a été très professionnelle en répondant avec un grand sourire que tt sera fait mais au final rien. Dommage car il a de bons atouts

Mitigé, mais je reviendrai !

J’ai beaucoup apprécié cet établissement, mais il présente un vrai défaut d’insonorisation. Les bruits en provenance des parties communes et des couloirs sont très audibles, en particulier le claquement des portes battantes situées à proximité des chambres. Ce week-end-là, l’hôtel accueillait également de nombreux adolescents (y compris les miens) venus pour un tournoi… Je vous laisse imaginer l’ambiance. Il serait également souhaitable d’installer des rideaux plus épais ou des volets roulants afin de mieux filtrer la lumière du jour, surtout pendant les beaux jours où le soleil se lève tôt. Cela dit, je tiens à souligner l’accueil chaleureux et la grande disponibilité du personnel.
