The property was great! We loved the big windows that let us look out but well insulated so we didn't have to hear the city sounds. They were great to meet us and show us around. Very walkable to metro and the river.

The apartment was clean. A/C was not working or it’s just isn’t enough for the property. Location is very convenient, but the apartment itself has poor amenities, the towels were old and there was barely sopa in the bathroom. I also got charged for 2 capsule sod coffee which I had replaced. I’ll stay at a hotel next time.

The flat was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful, the location. I especially appreciated the security officer's kindness when I had trouble opening the apartment door on my first night. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit small for my partner, as his feet hung over the edge, making it a little uncomfortable for him to sleep.

Great appartement with breathetaking view 22 floor

Great Appartement. Everything there you need incl a kitchen and washing machine. Great view in the 22nd floor. Good service and communication. Easy Check-in and Check-out.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything that you need. It was Christmas Day when we checked in but the staff came to meet us despite it been a holiday. He showed and briefed us about the apartment. Thank you and highly recommend this place if you are coming to Lisbon.

Like how close it was to metro, trains, busses. It is within walking distance to a shopping mall and gro ery store. We stayed for 10 days, being able to grocery shopping and cook was great. There were also restaurants in the area. The only downside was trying to figure out how to operate the washing machine

The Oriente is perfect for visitors to the local conference center. Should you wish to visit the old city or other Lisbon destinations, the Oriente metro line is a 10 minute walk. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. The APT INN team will meet you there and run you through everything.

great appartments close to fair

Nice appartment! Everything there what you need! Enough space! including a small kitchen with washing-machine. Also for longer stays possible. Close to the exhibition center... Unfortunately not permanent warm water.... it is not comfortable to have changings with hot water / cold water during taking a shower....

It is a nice property although it needs to upgrade some of the furniture and the bathroom, also in the description said that all apartments had washer and dryer which was not the case, it did have a washer but not even with steam “dryer”, so at the end we found a laundry place and went there.
