The hotel appearance is nice and looks like a 5-star hotel. However, it needs to do some upgrade of the carpets due to normal wear and tear. In general, the hotel is nice and the price is very decent.

the property had its days. a little aging. i was upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. but the toilet had a bad smell all the time. the shower drain was very slow. the staff very helpful. my room at the 48th floor, was next to the elevator motors room. Loud all day and all night. other than that it was a great stay.

Stick with their cheap rooms only.

Very dated hotel. We booked a cot but didn't get one until the last night. They only offered more blankets and the floor but we'd insisted on a bed. We had multiple rooms, the cheap ones were renovated with hot water, the more expensive ones were from yesteryear badly in need of renovation with only mildly warm water.
