Door key for the room did not work. After looking for a phone number I was able to contact a manager and get the replacement code. But not a pleasant experience when you arrived tired and you're suddenly confronted was no access to the room and a self-service no staff hotel. Otherwise everything was clean and very convenient to the airport.

The main benefit of this property is its proximity to the airport. The room was very basic, and there was a smell emanating from the bathroom, but that improved after I took a shower. It was early summer when I was staying, and I kept my window open, but there was a lot of banter between men outside on the street. There was no AC, as far as I could tell.

The check-in screen at the entrance was out of order. I never received my room number and had to call customer service. The 5-digit room code I received didn’t work either, so I had to call again. Customer service agent was quite rude and blamed me for the incident. The actual room was fine, I like the amenities. Very warm though, no A/C.

Avoid this place at all cost. The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff showed no concern for customer comfort. There was no fan or air conditioning, making the place unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The entire experience was frustrating, unpleasant, and a complete waste of time and money. This is easily one of the worst places I have ever visited. I would never return and strongly recommend that other stay away. Only good thing about this location was the distance to Zurich airport.

We received a code to check in. So there was no staff on site. These are individual apartments. No air-conditioning, which was already understood. However, the balconies are adjoining to the neighboring apartments, so if you open the windows and go to sleep, there really is no safety. It would be very easy for a neighbor to walk through the door or window. We were there during a heat wave, so it was mandatory to have windows open. As far as good review, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the neighborhood train station was an easy eight minute walk away.

We booked two rooms and received only one access code. When arrived the room had strong humedity smell and mold in the bathroom ceiling. After provided the other room code it had strong cigar smell. Also nobody was available on site and the property looks like having minimun maintenance.
