Loved our room and view. Understand that there is a building programme but that really impacts access and parking. Great walk lakeside in to Queenstown. Shuttle takes away most of our transport issues during our stay.

The room was a great size and I loved the location. But during our stay there was construction going on to a new building which made navigating the hotel and car park a challenge. The hotel bar and restaurant was also closed for the period. Not sure if that was due to the seasonality or the construction work. TV also didn’t work for regular live to air and the iron also didn’t steam at all regardless of the setting and water levels

Always love the oaks. There is renovations happening at the front of the building which has relocated their reception area to a hallway. Limited carparking as well. Notification of the renovations would have been great. I will stay here again

Lots of construction going on, but this only was a hassle for parking and access if you have a large vehicle, absolutely no construction noise in rooms at all. Once in, the room was amazing. Warm, amazing location and views to die for. right on the lake and access to walking track

Newly renovated rooms, excellent view, friendly staff. Loved every moment of our trip. Bed was comfy. Definitely recommend. will stay here again for sure. Renovation was going on but not bothering to us. Car park was a bit challenging at times. Make sure to get a car park pass.

The accommodation was excellent. Lovely apartment and accommodating staff. However there where major building works happening. And the car parks difficult to navigate, we didn't use a car but the taxis/ubers found it difficult in the tight space and difficult parking spaces. Also my son got locked out of his room and had to spend a night in a different apartment. The staff told us they knew that door was a problem. The hotel management apologised and sent a bottle of wine. But it would have been better if they fixed the issue before we arrived.

Beautiful apartment, stunning views. However, no parking available so had to park up a very steep hill across the road. Under construction so access was disrupted and you had to walk up steep driveway each time. No main reception and/or bar area. Could not cast to TV in main lounge, only bedroom. Would stay again, once completed. Will book PARKING too!
