Fun family getaway

Great location and room layout. Large enough for a family to spread out. The pool and hot tub was fun, too. We love the area! Lots to do and great places to eat. The room is very comfortable with beautiful views!

The property is in a good location It’s just outside of town which was nice. We had the deluxe room and it was amazing and well thought out. Loved the view from our balcony! The staff was very informative and nice!

I have never stayed at a quieter place. It was wonderful. I was originally concerned because of the closeness of the elevator, but we couldn't hear a thing. The view was wonderful as you looked right at Loon Mtn. It would be super pretty in the fall and we are thinking of coming back this fall, if schedule works out.

Our condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had beautiful views. Best of all ,it was quiet. I could not hear any noises from above or in the next room. It was some of the best sleep I have ever had at a hotel!!

Ice Castles getaway weekend

Started with a phone call 2 days prior to arrival saying we had been selected for free gifts if you sat threw a seminar about vacation packages little did we know they were trying PRESSURE us into a timeshare. The room was ok but did find dirty laundry under and behind furniture along with a slime spot on the kitchen table. Couples beware of school vacation weeks the pool and hot tubs were overcrowded with screaming unmannered kids and no quiet time for adults. Nice distance from the Ice Castles.

The Kitchen in the condo was very nice and well stocked with utensils. The office staff was very helpful. The only things that were not great were: 1. The bed mattresses were not great and 2. The entrance into the condo building could use some help.
