Nous avons passe un superbe sejour avec nos 4enfants dont 2 ados. La maisonnette est cosy,propre, fonctionnelle et nous n.avions pas froid. Le canape etait comme neuf. L ambiance est familiale mais calme. Nous avions la vue sur jardin sans vis a vis. Le logement etait non fumeur. Le seul point negatif serait la moquette a l etage mais elle n avait pas d odeur et etait propre. 10 min a pied de morgat. 10min environ en voiture de plusieurs plusieurs tres beaux spots. Nous avons ou rayoner facilement. La piscine etait un grand plus surtout par le mauvais temps. L entree et sortie rapide et facile. (Possibilite d entree anticipee) Je conseille la boulangerie la fourn'lle ZAC du bourg pour le meilleur kouign-amann Merci

Avis trÚs mitigé sur ce lieu, le plus la proximité avec le front de mer de Morgat, le reste est plus que limite compte tenu des prix pratiqués. L'intérieur est daté, le canapé du salon dans un état pitoyable, le mobilier de jardin était sale et tùché, je ne recommanderai pas.

La dame de l accueil est trÚs agréable et souriante. Concernant le logement, la propreté est limite, il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail. Frigo pas mis en route avant notre arrivée. Les couettes sont beaucoup trop petites pour les lits pas top à cette période. Juste en vaisselle pour 6 personnes. Et prévoir éponge et pastilles lave vaisselle car il n'y a pas de petits kits gratuits comme dans d autres résidences.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in this résidence. Clean and well maintained within easy walking distance from the shore. Staff were friendly and helpful, provided much useful information to enhance our stay, and touring the area.

MĂ©nage Ă  revoir.... Beaucoup de poussiĂšre sur les abats jours des chambres ainsi que derriĂšre les tables de nuits. MĂȘme chose pour le carrelage du sĂ©jour qui ne partait pas trĂšs propre. Nous ne sommes pas maniaques mais un minimum de propretĂ© s'impose. Bien que couverte, la piscine n'Ă©tait pas disponible...Ce n'est indiquĂ© dans aucun des nombreux mails publicitaires reçus. Enfin...pas d'accueil le Vendredi Ă  18h (ok on avait reçu toutes les infos par SMS) Mais tous ces points laissent Ă  penser que le personnel est rĂ©duit... Ă  l'inverse du tarif. Logement de 6 pers convenable pour 4. ok pour un WE. Je pense que la table serait juste pour 6 adultes.

Décevant au regard du descriptif alléchant

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© placĂ©s dans un appartement Ă©quipĂ© de sanitaires adaptĂ©s aux personnes handicapĂ©es sans en avoir Ă©tĂ© prĂ©alablement avertis. Une forte odeur d’urine nous a accueillie dans l’appartement ; le changement de logement nous ayant Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©, une intervention du service concernĂ© a masquĂ© le problĂšme avant qu’une forte odeur d’égout nous accompagne pendant le reste du sĂ©jour... De plus, seule la piscine Ă©tait accessible et non pas l’espace spa, en maintenance sans information prĂ©alable... Au final, mĂȘme si l’appartement Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ© en lui-mĂȘme, le niveau de prestation est donc trĂšs largement infĂ©rieur Ă  celui attendu en fonction de l’affiche...

Correct mais pas prévu pour les séjours d affaires

J ai eu une petite maison pour 6 personnes. Cette maison comporte 2 chambres à l'étage, 1 avec un lit double et une autre avec 2 lits simples. Il n y a pas de possibilité d avoir un petit déjeuner ou repas sur place. La livraison du pain et ou viennoiserie ne se fait qu à partir de 9 heures du matin (trop tard pour des déplacements professionnels)

TrÚs bel environnement, maison bien isolée, trÚs bon accueil En revanche la propreté dans les chambres laisse à désirer et il est vraiment dommage que le spa et le hammam soient en supplément et soumis à réservation. La propreté dans les vestiaires et les casiers qui ne sont pas sécurisés sont des points vraiment regrettables.

Il manque un réel service de petit déjeuner (inexistant le samedi matin) et un minimum d'équipement dans la salle de bain (porte savon, gobelet, et surtout sÚche-cheveux. Piscine pas trÚs propre et jacuzzi en travaux.
