Good location. Plenty of restaurants less than a minute away. We had a very large room for very good price. Parking is street parking. Hard to find at first as it’s connected to cafe. Would 100% stay again

Spacious and clean apartment, nice neighborhood with many shops, grocery stores, restaurants and close to public transport. Five stars if they fix the squeaky floor.

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, so it’s quite a climb, especially for my 75-year-old dad. Overall, I’d happily stay here again, though it might be worth reaching out to the property if you’re concerned about the stairs.

It is not an easy place to figure out how to check in and the flights of stairs are ridiculous. There should be an elevator. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom and it was walkable to some of the area.

Ideal for what we needed

Really lovely apartment and had plenty of space for the 6 of us who went. Would have been nice to have been made aware of the fact there's no lift as the apartment we had was on the 3rd floor and had a steep spiral staircase but that was the only slight issue we had. The codes worked fine and the beds were comfortable. On a great location close to Alexanderplatz

Online Communication only can lead to finding an uncleaned room and fighting for a solution by sending WhatsApp pictures and not being able to open the doors. Besides this major trouble, the place was nice when cleaned.

Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares with those. Overall - fantastic location and comfy.

It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need to pay for storage! I highly suggest the ownership to invest in some storage! Otherwise it was great!!

Close to bars and restaurants

Excellent transport links which are easy to use and are cheap! Overall I loved the apartment, but there wasn't a lift. We were on the fourth floor which meant tackling 8 flights of (very steep) stairs. Not great when you were in and out of the apartment each day and had luggage to carry. Due to it being an old building it was also quite noisy when people walked up the stairs and you could hear people walking around above you. Apart from these two issues I really enjoyed my stay in the apartments!

class accomodation for a Berlin city break

Stayed in the Schoenhouse apartments for 3 nights and it was just perfect ,well located about 10 minutes walk to the TV tower which incidently costs 13 euros per adult and has to be pre-booked! about 40 minutes walk to the Reichstag again this has to be prebooked but entry is free ,Taxi from Tegel airport took about 20 minutes and was 24 euros .Staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English ,very unfussy place ,laid back modern accomodation ,spacious and clean ,although not cleaned everyday ,not that you need that .Computer and printer available which we used to check in for our flight and printed off boarding cards and tv tower tickets all free to use .we had a deluxe suite this had a small kitchen /eating area .Double bed ,and a fold down sofa bed which was ok for 2 adults ,lots of space in the room as well ,nice bathroom with shower over bath .Reception was in place from 8am till 8 pm after that the front door was locked and you gained entry through a side door using your room key .plenty of cafes nearby although we didnt bother and cooked our own food ,large supermarket 5 minutes walk ,out the front turn left and cross the road and bear left .all in all i was expecting this to be ok after reading positive reviews and i was pleasantly surprised and thought it was a lot better than just ok ,would definetely use again if in Berlin .

4泊5日滞在しました。とても快適で、またベルリンを訪れることがあれば是非また利用したいです。 まず感激したのが、部屋の広さと台所です。台所には鍋やフライパン、レンジにトースター、フライ返しに包丁など、基本的な調理器具をはじめ、平皿に小鉢、カトラリーなど一通り揃っていました。台ふきや洗剤、スポンジ、調味料（塩、こしょう、砂糖）もあります。滞在期間が短いため、本格的な料理まではできませんでしたが、スープやポトフを作ったり、ソーセージを調理したりしてドイツの食材を楽しみました。 アメニティは、洗面所のハンドソープとシャワー室のシャンプー＆ボディーソープのみです。ティッシュの類いはありません。私は、トイレットペーパーをティッシュ代わりに使ってました（柔らかいですが、丈夫です。）なお、私の部屋にはバスタブはありませんでした。（シャワーの足下に深さ10センチほど水をはれるようでしたが…？） 滞在中、ホテルのような部屋の掃除、タオルの交換は行われませんでした。また、ゴミは自分で中庭のゴミ箱に捨てに行きます。アパートだしな…ということで、とくに苦には感じませんでした。 自由に使える洗濯機はないため、選択したい場合は有料でスタッフにお願いする必要がありました。（私は利用しませんでした。） Wi-Fiへのアクセスは良好です。 5階の部屋でしたが、エレベーターがあったため荷物の運搬は問題ありませんでした。 鍵の開け方はコツをつかむまで苦労しましたが、スタッフの方が教えてくれました。

Apartamento situado abpocos metros de la parada de metro Rosa-Luxemburgo y a 10 min de Alexander Platz. Muy espacioso y limpio en todas las estancias. Cocina muy bien equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, nevera y vitrocerámica. Cama principal muy comoda y el sofa cama para los niños bien.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft zentral in Berlin im Gebäude im gemütlichen Hinterhof. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!
