Great Resort with lots to offer

Nice property, lots to offer, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, sports, pools. Staff is friendly, have a willingness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great stay, excellent views

I had a fantastic stay with my kids. View was excellent (one of the best I have ever had) and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. Pools, especially the bottom one was really appreciated by the kids. We liked the village area in general and have not really anything negative to say, except that maybe the breakfast was “just” OK.

The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!

Magnificent.

The place is excellent. It’s a huge village located in the mountains esterel. The only problem is the parking’s location. It’s a bit far from the hotel and if your are carrying baggages can get your tired. In the village is everything you need. Caffe,restaurants,super market,shops. The views is magnificent. Unfortunately only the small pool was open during our stay. We will visit the hotel again for sure in the future.

hôtel was sufficient. however our room had the air con units for our section on our balcony and it made it very difficult to sleep as it sounded like a helicopter was above our room. this made it very difficult for our family to sleep. we did complain but the hotel was fully booked and unable to move our room. the receptionist told us to just deal with it and go to sleep. this ruined our stay.

A beautiful spot

A superb view over the sea and well kept gardens. So many sports to do I couldn’t count. Beautiful swimming pool but very much a kids Mecca. It would be great to have had a separate pool for peace and quiet with longer opening hours for early morning and late evening swims. Staff were excellent and so friendly. Room was well equipped and modern.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’hôtel mais quelques points seraient à améliorer: - Nous avons demandé une chambre avec lit double mais nous avons eu deux lits simples collés et en plus sur roulettes ( même avec le frein), au bout de la nuit avec ma compagne, nous étions séparés par un trou énorme entre nous. - Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussé et une terrasse qui donnait sur un petit chemin, donc il y avait un peu de passage… les rideaux étaient souvent fermés pour notre intimé mais donc pas beaucoup de lumière du jour dans la chambre.. dommage.. peut être installée des rideaux en plus blanc pour pouvoir recevoir la lumière dans la chambre sans qu’on voit dans la chambre. Ou alors des " collants " sur les fenêtres avec un effet miroir pour garder l’intimité.

L'hôtel est situé dans un gigantesque village vacances dont il convient impérativement de suivre les règles. Absence d'accès direct à la plage, personnel vraiment peu aimable. A éviter !

Ambiance camping

Hôtel mal entretenu (parties communes sales), chambre tout juste propre (les tables de nuit ne sont pas nettoyées, par exemple) et mal insonorisée ; on sentait les ressorts du matelas, donc manque de confort général. Si vous cherchez du calme, nous ne recommandons pas les chambres vue mer, malheureusement, car elles donnent sur la place principale du 'village' et il y a du bruit du matin au soir (le matin, nettoyage de la piscine au karcher dès 7h, éclats de voix des passants et baigneurs en journée, karaoké ou autres animations le soir). Les avantages, tout de même : vous avez tout sur place sans avoir à reprendre la voiture (parking gratuit, accès à la piscine, à la mer, supermarché, restaurants), et il est agréable de se balader dans le complexe le soir. En bref, ceux qui aiment l'ambiance type 'camping' seront sûrement conquis par l'endroit. Pour les autres, un plus petit hôtel loin du bruit serait sûrement plus appréciable.
