Super séjour

Super séjour. la résidence est très bien placée, proche du centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc (à pied), et de la gare routière (pour le festival d'Aluna). Personnel très sympathique. Logement bien conçu, avec climatisation. Nous avons également profité de la piscine.

Résidence tres agréable et calme. Piscine appréciable. Logement avec rangements et propre. A 10 min à pieds du village de Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Pas au niveau d’un 3 étoiles

La notation 3* est exagérée, c’est assez vieillot (plaques électriques et vieux radiateurs électriques). Le support de douche était cassé et certains ustensiles très abimés (couvercle et planche à découper), pas d’égouttoirs. Aussi impossible de se connecter au wifi parce qu’il y aurait trop de monde… il faudrait songer a prendre un abonnement pro et des répéteurs wifi. Le sol du logement n’était aussi pas propre a notre arrivée. Quartier un peu bruyant la nuit (scooters et aboiements).

Je n'ai pu m'y rendre en raison d'un cas de force majeure. N'envoyez pas de courriels à l'hôtel ils ne repondent pas... tout de suite prévenir hôtel.com. Et après quand finalement (quand c'est trop tard) l'hôtel vous appelle, ils vous disent qu'ils sont dans l'impossibilité de décaler votre réservation.... mais ça ce n'est pas le pire, en fait on vous avoue que l'hôtel ne réserve pas une seule nuit mais deux minimum... la blague. Bref à fuir. J'ai décidé de faire, plutôt une esclale à Nîmes Hotel Majestic et il n'y a pas photo... je vous le conseille vivement. Bonne chance à vous.

Attention, ce n'est pas un hôtel !

Résidence agréable mais ce n'est pas un hôtel ! N'oubliez pas de venir avec vos produits d'entretien ! Le papier toilette n'est pas fourni, ni le savon. L'accès aux appartements se fait à pied, vous devez porter vos valises au travers d'un dédale de petits chemins. Et surtout : à vous de faire le menage en partant ! Un point positif : le centre village est accessible à pied en 20 mn.

A part l'accueil, pour lequel j'ai déjà fait part de mes vifs reproches, le séjour a été très agréable: calme, logement bien équipé, piscines très agréables, situation proche centre ville appréciable. A recommander, sauf si on doit arriver un jour (mercredi) ou une heure où la réception est fermée. Car en ce cas, c'est le débrouille-toi tout seul

Appartement très suffisant pour une famille. 2 chambres. Par contre, téléviseur minuscule dans la pièce à vivre. Au dessus du réfrigérateur... Wi-Fi inexistant ou presque. Idem pour les réseaux mobiles. Zone quasi blanche. On n’est pas venus pour ça mais impossible ou presque de se connecter pour avoir des renseignements pour visiter la région ou consulter la météo. C'est encore plus dommage que la région est tres belle.

Personnel très sympathique et professionnel, le logement mériterait une rénovation surtout au niveau des matelas. Meuble ancien. Les deux piscines sont également à rénover au niveau du liner. Les piscines sont sous dimensionnées pour la pleine saison. Le gros problème est le manque de climatisation dans les logements qui est invivable en été ! Il n’y a même pas de ventilateur pour essayer de faire baisser la température. Dommage car le logement est bien placé pour visiter l’Ardèche

Très agréable petit appartement avec terrasse individuelle. Très calme. Proche du centre, 15min à pied. La douche à l'italienne, pas très au point car très vite la salle-de-bain est inondée.

Sejour agréable dans cette résidence de vacances. Les +: Les logements sont spacieux Séparation entre voisins suffisantes grâce à de hautes haies Exposition nord pour notre logement, ce qui est appréciable durant cette semaine de très forte chaleur et sans clim Piscine agréable Les -: Mobilier de médiocre qualité. Canapé très inconfortable. Piscine bondée malgré les consignes du covid, non respectées.
