Better not choose this property. I did not expect that much for such price,but the basic point is that the trash can should be empty before I moved in. it was full. I left message, and no one replied. There is no hair dryer after we washed hair…..

最低最悪の宿泊施設

Airbnb並みの民泊施設。フロントも案内も何も無く、機械に番号を打ち込み勝手に鍵を受け取り郵便受けに返却するシステム。最低最悪な点は、忘れ物をしたら必ず処分されます。確実に室内に忘れた物を「ありませんでした」と搾取か破棄をされた返答に怒りを覚えました。誠実さのかけらも無い非人道的宿泊施設を私は絶対に許しません。

雨の降る深夜に到着し、鍵のありかを見つけるのにひと苦労。24時間対応の緊急番号に電話し、何とか解決したものの、もう少し分かりやすい説明を事前にしてもらいたい。

Birçok turistik noktaya yürüme mesafesinde. 20’ civarı yürüyerek merkeze varabilirsiniz. Daire yeterliydi. Geniş bir salon ama çok az eşyalıydı. İki tek kişilik yataklı daire rica etmiştim. Eğer olmazsa kanepede yatmak için çarşaf ve örtü istemiştim. İkisi de yoktu. Kanepe rahatsız ve eskiydi.

It was a full apartment. However very under stocked kitchen. 2 ladles but no spatula. No paper towels. Dishwasher, but no soap for it or the sink. No toaster. There is a TV in the main room. But the cable coming in is a coaxial cable with an RCA connection on it. When I turned it on, the Input was set to DMI3. The only input setting I could get anything on was DTV so I presume it is a digital aerial antenna. All that I could get there was radio stations. I sent Swiss Star an email asking how to view the cable channels they specify in their Expedia listing (they list their phone number as for emergencies), but never got a reply. The drain in the bathtub (despite twisting the control for it) took over 15 minutes to drain the tub after a shower. I figured that surely the cleaning people knew this from every time they cleaned it. I guess they get as much cooperation from the management as the guests do. Of all the places I stayed in Europe this trip, this is the only place that I would definitely not return to.

OK. Lacking facilities - marketed as place for 4, but dining table was tiny, only 2/3 sets of some crockery/cutlery items rather than 4. No English TV channels (all were scrambled). Would benefit from having some basics (cooking oil, washing-up liquid, decent wash-up sponge, etc) - when only staying for a few days it's daft to have to buy such basics.

I can confirm with other reviews that there is a strong curry smell in the appartment. The pictures did not represent the appartment at all. When we arrived there was no lounge, the sofas were in a hallway and we had to rearrange this to make an adequate living space. There was no extra pillows. we had 1 thin pillow each. There was very few cups and glasses and these were all quite small and the Toaster was a death trap where sparks would actually come out of it

The apartment is centrally located to train and tram stations, it is relatively close to the main train station and the city center. it is comfortable and can easily sleep 5 people.

Little value for the price

Checking process was not smooth ... had to call their helpline using my international roaming phone to get the key . There were no basic facilities like coffee / tea bags .

I was charged twice and no refund.Terrible experie

I was charged twice for my staying in this place because I changed the date of my staying online .I called them and asked my money back and I was told" it's non_ refundable. I feel I'm rubed with this people! Checking in is a total nightmare. The key code that they send by email is useless. There are 2 buildings 6 floor each and only 3 parking spots for guests!

Do not forget to get your access code for the key box! Since I did forgot, it took some time to get hold of a person on phone to get me the code to get in. The appartment is fairly large, fairly clean and contain what I needed. The furniture are used but not broken.

Séjour très court mais très agréable !

J'ai passé un très court séjour à l'Hotel Swiss Star car j'ai travaillé jusqu'à 4 h du matin et je suis parti à 11h ! Mais je dois avouer que les lieux étaient propres, spacieux et accueillants. Petit (tout petit) bémol, j'ai dû appeler la centrale de réservation pour obtenir le bon code de récupération de mes clés car celui fourni dans le mail de confirmation ne fonctionnait pas. VRAI BEMOL : Le parking n'est pas inclus dans la location et c'est bien dommage. Les places gratuites sont matérialisées en bleu en Suisse et peuvent être utilisées avec un disque de stationnement 2 heures max ou en payant un forfait journalier d'environ 15 CHF. Mais à 4h du mat impossible de trouver une place libre !!

not worth it !!!

the building smelt of curry, the bedsheets pillows and covers were dirty and even had hair on them, an empty juice bottle with cigarette butts in it was lying in the balcony, no bin in the toilet, no dishwashing tablets or liquid, no microwave as advertised on the site and the bathroom and bedroom doors did not close properly. close to the train station and one stop from central station and three from the airport.

Kaltes Zimmer in Baustelle

Die Wohnung war so kalt, dass ich mich dort nicht aufhalten konnte. Schlafen ging, weil ich mir noch Decken bei Freunden leihen konnte. Dazu kam, dass das Haus saniert wird. Die Fenster waren mit Folien verhängt und ab 7 Uhr morgens war es fürchterlich laut. Die Wege im Haus waren mit Baustellenmaterial verstellt, lose Folien decken die Böden ab und offene Verlängerungskabel boten weitere Stolperfallen.
