Decent stay, nice location
We arrived early and were not expecting to be able to check in. However, due to the limited opening hours for Reception, it would have been nice to be able to register first and come back at a flexible timing to pick up the keys. However we were told to come back between 2.30 to 5pm which meant we had to adjust our plans to suit the check in time. We were given a top floor spacious apartment which had a lovely ocean view. However, it was in the South block, which was partially blocked by the North block, so if possible, request for the North block.
Nice location on a hill, walking distance from Burleigh Heads shops and restaurants and the National Park and beach.
Apartment was old and run down, and some lights not working. Some of the windows were not completely sealed so moths could get in at night. (And there were loads of them) it was well-equipped though, with oven and dishwasher which were functioning.
Supplies were limited such as no tissue paper provided, and 1 roll of toilet paper. Dishwashing liquid was limited to 1 single use packet, so if you need more, you’ll need to buy it yourself. WiFi was limited to 500MB per day free.
