Beautiful suite with a garden however be prepared for stairs. It was clean and sufficient with a small kitchen in a great location. Had to wait almost an hour upon arrival as our room was not cleaned which should have given a discount for in my opinion. We did enjoy our stay.

Overall 3* good value for area.

Check in went smoothly, easy to find and in walking distance from everything central, we asked for a quiet room and was provided with one the noise from the busy street didn't reach the room at all, room was clean and spacious had everything you would need, bed was big and somewhat comfortable, the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. Checkout was smooth due to it being a self checkout system. Best feature was how central the property is. Overall 3*

This property is in an excellent location, just off princes street. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to reception opening hours and check out which was brilliant. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfy and felt very fresh and clean. There was a fan in the room as well as a coffee machine toaster kettle. Can’t fault this place 👍

Lovely location, restaurants nearby. The sofa bed was a little too short for our 23 year old son. Appreciated holding our luggage in the morning when we arrived, and it was placed in our room for our arrival later in the evening.
